We had a great stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well maintained. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, excellent value for money and a very pleasant experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Large, clean room and bathroom. Bedlinen and towels were also good and clean. Good location - everything within walking distance. Check-out time was at 12:00
- There is no balcony. When I inquired about it at the reception, the lady there aggressively denied its existence. She claimed that it was never offered or guaranteed, and that they would provide it if available but it wasn't guaranteed. I didn't appreciate her aggressive confrontation at all. Instead of trying to clarify or explain, she immediately raised her voice, shut me down, and didn't even let me speak. I booked the room because of the balcony - I even paid 20% more than another place just because it had one. I felt misled.
- There is no refrigerator in the room.
- Every step, movement, or whisper in the corridor can be heard in the room. The sound isolation is very poor.
