Nice location. Busy but friendly feel. Clean & modern. Friendly and helpful reception staff, cleaners & restaurant staff.
The roof terrace wasn't in use due to installation of a new hot tub. I can't wait to go back and try it in the future!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave me the room I asked for. Location hotel is geat, room was clean, terrace and plunge pool were great, with magnificent view on Albaizin
The water taps in the sanitary look fancy, but are difficult to handle: either too much or too little water, either too hot or too cold.
Breakfast was good, but the music was too loud and what I had to listen to was awful (e.g. Sunday morning 8:30 a yelling and screaming jazz singer). Please turn the volume level down and consider more relaxed music (how about Vivaldi and/or Bach?)

Staff were very friendly and welcoming , couldn’t have been more helpful. Location was good for exploring the city. Breakfast was good and staff in the restaurant were also very nice
Food in the restaurant was expensive compared to other restaurants in the city , however service was very good and staff were very pleasant

Staff were very friendly, room was ready early & they stored our bags after we checked out. Very cute place with an espresso machine in the room. Bed, pillows & linens were comfortable. Complimentary nuts & small waters.
There was a green safety light in the room that was very big & bright & for me it was challenging to sleep. The air conditioning didn't work either night so we were uncomfortable as it was hot outside & we asked for a fan but they did not have any. And the shower was very stylish but not practical.... it was one of the "open" ones and the entire bathroom floor flooded without me even realizing it
