Staff allowed us for earlier check-in.

We had difficulty w the locks but was later rectified by the helpful cleaning lady. Living room lights were faulty…later realised it’s due to the faulty switch.

Excellent location,excellent bed excellent pillows ,good shower .water as a gift plenty tea and coffee pods biscuits on the tea tray .

great location; we had a bottle of wine gifted on arrival (which we happily drank after having trouble getting into the unit!); good size fridge; enough space

Unfortunately we arrived after reception closed so had to use key codes. The one on the main door to access the building was very easy to use. We had some difficulty using key code on the door to our room which was not fun at the end of a long day of travel (had to wait 10 minutes to retry after setting an alarm off at midnight)

Central to where we wanted to be - a Wedding at The Cathedral .

On the top 6th floor , spooky, bathroom was horrendous with a foul smell coming from the sink once water was run down the plug hole. We had to keep the window open all the time and the bathroom door shut or it smelt horrendous in the flat. We opened the windows and doors as much as we could . I did complain and the lady asked if we wanted someone to come and try and sort it but with my father being a plumber I knew it would be a big job and didnt want anything doing while we were staying in the flat! The floor needed redoing in the lounge as you could cut your feet on it the broken edges and maybe trip. Luckily we had taken our slippers.
