Our stay at the newly opened Hotel San Claridge Granada was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to the hotel manager Lorenzo, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention to guest experience made a lasting impression. It’s clear that excellence starts from the top and is reflected throughout the entire team. We had a small misunderstanding on arrival regarding our car parking and hotel manager quickly rectified this on arrival and cancelled the parking fee for our stay. This was truly appreciated and made us feel cared for and valued as guests. Since I am currently pregnant Lorenzo also put on a special dinner and spa stay for us which was so kind and thoughtful. The staff especially Pablo and the receptionists were consistently attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful, always ready to help with a smile and ensuring every detail of our stay felt effortless and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant, luxe décor that creates a sophisticated yet relaxing atmosphere. Every space feels carefully curated and immaculately maintained. The spa was another highlight for us - high quality, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. It added an extra level of comfort and indulgence to our visit. The location couldn’t be better: centrally situated and within easy walking distance of fantastic restaurants, cafés, shops, and many of Granada’s attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and enjoying the local atmosphere. Hotel San Claridge Granada exceeded expectations in every way and delivered a truly memorable experience. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant and welcoming stay in Granada.
