Moved me when I was not happy with our room. Staff was lovely. location great. room as haverything everything in it you need...including iron and ironboard
only downside or disappointment was the breakfast room...down in a basement and quite solice....they should consider moving to the upper floor so can sit outside.
Would have been nice if they could have stored our road bikes in reception or somewhere other than insisting we keep in our rooms

Great central location
Small but nice roof terrace with great views
Exceptionally helpful staff
Took a while to get hot water in the shower but with patience it was fine
