Room was almost too basic you can barely move but with the price for single room I cannot complain

Clean, comfortable, super friendly staff and great location, highly recommend!
Technology glitches as everything was done through numbers and codes, which is fine if you are tech savvy, however I found it a bit of a struggle. That said, the staff were super friendly and helpful for which I am very grateful - thank you!

Room had doors looking out onto the square which was fabulous (just noisy at night). Rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience of travelers had been thought out. A kitchen and chill space was on the 4th floor, and a guide provided great assistance for getting to, from and around Granada. Its close to a supermarket, restaurants and the tourist area for the Cathedral, and walking distance to other sites and to the bus to Alhambra.
The square was noisy late at night
