    We stayed at Hotel Sacromonte for two nights and overall had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff, Fernando and the lady at reception were both fantastic. They were warm, helpful, and spoke English very well. With reception open 24 hours, there was always someone available if we needed anything. The location is another strong point. The hotel is just a short walk from major attractions like the Granada Cathedral, and it’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, with three single beds that were surprisingly comfortable. Extra blankets and pillows were provided. Basic amenities were included: shampoo/shower gel, hand soap, tissues, and towels. There was also a small LCD TV, though it wasn’t mounted and didn’t offer English channels. A couple of practical notes: the room doesn’t have a fridge or microwave, but reception can warm up your food for you. Also, the power only works when the room card is inserted, so the air conditioning can’t run while you’re out, meaning you’ll need to wait a bit for the room to cool down when you return. The safe in our room was broken, but we didn’t mind since we brought our own. Despite these small inconveniences, the hotel delivered well on comfort, cleanliness, and service. With its friendly staff and excellent location, Hotel Sacromonte is a solid choice for a short stay in Granada.

    Everything was great. Lady at reception lovely. Very clean. But, abig downfall, one can hear people talking in the corridor as though they are in your room. A bit of sound insulation I think would get a 5/5 rating.
