Great location, nice place with friendly staff, beautiful historical architecture (especially the suite/studio we had), comfortable rooms and beds, welcome plate with prosecco and fruits.
Some of facilities in the hotel rooms already require upgrade/refresh (loose water taps, some doors). Breakfast no longer living up to previous reviews (we took it just once - it was better to go outside, for same price much better food). One of the two rooms we booked had ants.

Beautiful ancient house with great rooms. I especially love the family rooms. Breakfast is great too, although the room is small and cramped and quite hot.
I found the staff at the breakfast very unfriendly, a lady. There is also no good parking, the one they suggest is overpriced and the taxi is only paid one way. We parked at the university area and walked.
