Location
Shabby rooms; no lift. We did not realised that its right next to the restaurants therefore at 5am the waste collection track was collecting empty bottles bins. On the first morning we all woke up in massive fright from the bottles crashing outside. There was no escape from it each morning even with the closed windows.

Great location, however very noisy street at night. Clean. Communication was good.
Facilities require attention. Single fold out bed had missing slates, not enough cutlery or chairs for 5 people. No dishwasher or washing machine detergent provided. Some power point and light switches not working. No lift to get up to the third floor was challenging.
