truly disappointed this property was NOT advertised as what it is.
it was dirty strongly smelt of cigarettes No toilet paper had to go & buy some on arrival no curtains in 1 of the bedrooms & lounge only 2 towels for 4 people

Good location and clean beds
No heating on when we arrived in minus temperatures! Wasn't shown how to switch the heating on. Mail and rubbish left lying around and lots of cables and sky box just sitting on the floor

Good enough for 2 days, good beds but few things must be adjusted to advice to book this appartment.

Smoke smell in the appartment, carpet cleaning can be improved, found uncovered food left in refrigerator, give customer information about how heating must be turned on/off

2 night stay for 4 adults
The location was easy to find. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfy, including the foldout bed. 15 minute walk to Union St. Shower worked well and the bathroom was very clean.
An extra set of keys would have been appreciated. Clearer and earlier arrival instructions.

was spacious and clean
paid over 100 for one night. breakfast included but we actually didn’t get any. box of cereal was there with no milk? no bread no nothing. mini bar was 2 bottles of beer in the fridge. going to contact booking.com directly to open a dispute to even get part of my money back as it definitely was not worth over £100.
