No utilities like kettle

The pool was great, clean, tidy, and an excellent lifeguard. Pods were lovely! The site was quiet and all other holiday makers were respectful with literally no noise at all. The toilet and shower facilities were clean, tidy and plenty of everything. We didn't use the sinks/prep area or fridge but I did have a nosey and everything was clean and tidy and of good standard. Charmouth fish and chip shop is absolutely fantastic!

The booking system for swimming doesn't work, it's difficult to get hold of someone by phone to book or cancel. Due to not being able to cancel easily there are many people who book spaces and don't turn up which means others who would like to book end up missing out. Food, barely anything available. They advertise pizza and don't always serve pizzas. There are no proper menus and no prices shown for anything. There was a BBQ one night but the price of a burger was £13 and no option for children which is crazy money for a campsite when we are a family of 4 (2 small children)

We have stayed here before and love the location. The dog walking area is fab.

We requested a pod near the toilets as my husband has mobility issues. Sadly there were only a handful of pods further from the toilets than we were. We only stayed two nights but it impacted our stay. It was a two minute walk but a lot for someone with painful joints, The showers and toilets need refurbishing. The water pressure in the showers is very poor and it took ten minutes to rinse my hair, and the toilets themselves needed a proper clean. Disappointing.
