Beautiful apartment in a peaceful setting and within walking distance to Lermoos.

Silke is a host that communicates quickly and clearly. She let me know how to reach out to her and we established a range of when I was going to arrive. She lives next door and that makes it easy to coordinate as well. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and Silke has thought of everything. The deck has a large table and it is lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view. She even provides cushions and blankets for chilly evenings. One thing to be aware of, the bed share a common door, so you have to go through one to get out. Not a problem for us, but something you might need to consider.

In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen 😴 Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns so manchen, guten Tipp für unsere Unternehmungen gegeben hat 👍 Auch der Brötchen-Service jeden Morgen prima. Mooi, ruim, verzorgd, gezellig appartement!

Het appartement was tip top in orde. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig: van een goed uitgeruste keuken tot handdoeken in badkamer en keuken, en comfortabele (opgemaakte!) bedden. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen op het afgesproken uur. Het was er proper en goed onderhouden. De leefruimte was ruim en gezellig ingericht, de badkamer was proper en groot, en de 2 slaapkamers waren prima, met mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Een fijne extra service was dat we vers brood konden bestellen dat 's ochtends aan de deur werd geleverd. We konden onze auto overdekt stallen, en er was een mooi terras - dat wij helaas niet hebben gebruikt omwille van het slechte weer.

Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten! Als klein verbeterpuntje zou wat extra bestek handig zijn: omwille van het slechte weer was picknicken niet altijd mogelijk, dus aten we soms 3x per dag in het appartement en waren de messen op. We hadden uiteraard de vaatwasser 2x per dag kunnen laten draaien, maar dat was eigenlijk niet nodig. Ook was de zithoek wat beperkt; met z’n vieren pasten we net naast elkaar in de enige zetel. De zithoek was zeker wel ruim genoeg, dus een extra zeteltje had handig geweest. Maar deze verbeterpuntjes zouden minder van toepassing geweest zijn als het mooi weer had geweest.

Prachtig appartement! We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad.

Wat op de tekening al te zien was, je moet door de slaapkamer heen naar de andere kamer. Dat is niet heel handig, maar was wel vooraf bekend.

Prachtig appartement met alle nodige faciliteiten. We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald, kregen de nodige uitleg. Het appartement was zeer proper en had een heel mooi terras.

Emotional schön...

Es war eine von uns nicht erwartete emotionale Kurzreise, da meine Mutter in diesem mit viel Liebe und handwerklichem Können umgebauten Haus vor gut 75 Jahren zur Schule gegangen ist und ihre Kindheit für einige Tage wieder gekehrt ist. Ausserdem kannte sie die Vorfahren unserer Gastgeber, was zu schönen, intensiven Anekdoten, viel Lachen und einigen Tränen führte. Es war für sie und die ganze Familie einfach schön. Im Appartement wie in der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung.

Tolles, neues Appartement mit Bergblick

Rundum es hat uns alles gefallen, die ruhige Lage, die wertige, neue Ausstattung, die herrliche Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nur zur Info: ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer! Für uns war das aber kein Problem ;-)

Ruim modern appartement.

Mooi modern ruim appartement. Zeer netjes en ruim. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken. Auto kon geparkeerd worden onder een carport. Een nette ski-depot. Lekkere broodjes elke ochtend kunnen bestellen via de broodjesservice. Groot balkon met picknick tafel en zonnestoelen. In de winter geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar zag er gezellig uit. Snelle reactie van Silke bij vragen.

De zitplaatsen in de woonkamer zijn beperkt. Echter wel genoeg ruimte om een stoel erbij te zetten. En jammer dat de 2de slaapkamer alleen te bereiken is door de andere slaapkamer.

Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung in einer wunderschönen Urlaubsregion mit fantastischen Gastgebern!

Sehr sympathische Gastgeber und liebevoll eingerichtete und selbst errichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt, insbesondere auch mit Ausflugstipps. Auch sind unglaublich viele Flyer in der Wohnung vorhanden, an Inspiration mangelt es dadurch nicht. Es ist möglich einen Frühstücksservice zu buchen, dann wird man mit frischen Backwaren versorgt. Dies ist sehr praktisch, da es in der näheren Umgebung keinen Bäcker gibt. Die Fotos entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Aussehen der Wohnung. Daher haben wir darauf verzichtet ebenfalls Fotos zur Verfügung zu stellen.

An der Ausstattung gibt es sehr wenig auszusetzen. Wir hatten spontan nur eine Auflaufform in der Küche vermisst und bemerkt, dass eventuell ein paar Brett- oder Kartenspiele vorhanden sein könnten. Alles aber Dinge, welche den Urlaubsspaß nicht beeinflussen, sondern Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau darstellt.
