Fantastic, it is what you see on the pictures. Simply enjoyable.
Really high standard apartment. Stylish, well equipped, great host attitude. Reality meets the pictures, which is not always the case. Additionally to the sauna in the room - really nice welness area on the ground floor with private use. We were in November 2025 (no skiing).

Wonderful and spacious apartment in quiet village
Wonderful apartment in a quiet little town. The apartment was really spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Two nice size bedrooms, a lovely dining area a large lounge and two balconies. The bathroom was quite small but had a nice shower. Separate toilet was nice. WiFi was a bit spotty. Free use of the sauna where you can reserve a time slot. Separate room for people to store ski materials. Ample parking around the apartment. Walking distance from two restaurants, a bank and a little community grocery store where you can get fresh baked bread in the morning from 7am. 4 minute walk from the train station. 4 minute drive from the Almkopfbahn lift. 8 to 10 minute drive from Lermoos. Helmut was a very nice and gracious host. Made sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Superb
Helmut and his wife were good hosts! We were upgraded to larger apt in low season. Very nice large apt. Newly renovated kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower & separate toilet. Very nice quiet village just 10min by car from Lermoos. Lots of partially covered parking for guests. Supermarket 10min walk.

Het appartement complex was gehorig door houten stoelen die over stenen vloeren schoven. Sommige ochtenden al rond half 7. Dat was het enige minpunt.
