Centrally located and easy to find.

Air conditioning

Comfy beds positioned away from each other gave the idea of privacy. Fans in rooms and working lockers that were a decent size. Good shower pressure. Nice bar downstairs and good location.

Shower/toilets were often wet but this could have been solved if more people used the squeegee after they showered. Could do with more bathrooms/showers especially in peak times.

Location to the train station was good

There was no breakfast offered in the pub as advertised

The location was fantastic. Very good value for money. So close to Victoria station and surrounded by beuatful classic white homes of London. Staff were friendly aswell.

The bathrooms were really terrible. They were not clean with used toilet paper on the floor in the showers, in addition to the poor drainage of the bathrooms making like a puddle the whole time. The hostel also had an unusual smell upstairs and there was no air conditioning and it was hot in London at the time. The state of the bathrooms isn’t entirely the venues fault as it really is the people who use that bathrooms that are the ones that make them gross. It was annoying that the bathroom on our floor was out of order, leading to a larger strain on the working facilities that everyone in the hostel had to use.
