    The Guy who was working was really friendly and helpful but the host was not helpful at all. The hotel don't have Reception desk it has fully automatic check in. I called when having problems with the shower the host didn't solve it. I also left my New Puma Sneakers by mistake when checking out I sent him WhatsApp he never responded and couldn't get it back since there is no way to get inside after check-out. They need to solve this and gave an information desk

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The toilet was leaking continuously from the moment we arrived, and the washroom was always wet, making it completely unsafe to use. The room itself was extremely narrow and congested, so small that even a normal-sized person cannot sit comfortably on the toilet. It is simply not designed for guests. Because the bathroom was unusable, we had to go to another hotel to take our bath, and our team members ended up leaving us to stay elsewhere. This caused us a lot of inconvenience and discomfort during our trip, and we even became sick because of the unhygienic conditions. We tried to cancel the booking, but the property management refused to allow it, even though the room was clearly not fit for guests. This stay was a total waste of money and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property unless they make serious improvements.
