    Very good value hotel near Victoria station and ideal for visiting tourist sites in London. Breakfast included in the price.

    A boutique hotel in the Westminister area. Wonderful location, excellent hosts, simple but friendly breakfast. Rooms are good. Only disadvantages is that it does not have a lift but the good news is it has a luggage storage area where you can keep your heavy ones. Bathroom was the only cons in this hotel as its too too small with a tiny sink which makes it very different to wash without making the floor wet. The best part is the free coffee , tea, hot water vending machine downstairs. You can walk down to Big Ben and London Eye. Has nice restaurants nearby and Victoria station is 5 mins walk.

    I spent one night, checked in at 10 and left in the morning after breakfast. The staff was friendly, gwve me an extra half hour. Cant complain for the price I paid. Bathroom was good sized and clean, better than most London hotels at similar price ranges. Breakfast was included which eas a big plus. Just it was small room and had some dust around the room, bed was not the most comfortable but sheets looked clean though well used. I had a basement room which had a huge window but couldn't keep it open. Other than that not a bad deal at all for just the night.
