Clean and tidy and in convenient proximity to Victoria station.

Small rooms but fine for short stays.

Didn’t expect such a great experience. Expected the usual rubbish from Victoria and was very surprised. Relatively new hotel, couple of years old. Rooms were very clean, corridors were small and cramped but everywhere was clean. Beds were insanely comfortable and I fell asleep in minutes! Everything about the room was perfect for the price I paid (£70 for a Sunday night). Room was small but the pictures were accurate so no suprises there.

Little odd drain smell coming from the bathroom, but this could just be the Victoria drains

Clean and fresh towels and sheets every second day. Something nice that wasn’t expected and definitely appreciated

It was a safe neighbourhood and it was nice having three beds.

The hotel staff were very blunt and unhelpful. We were 3 girls in our 30s and wanted to all do different things but they wouldn’t give us more than one key and their only solution was keeping the key at the front desk but we didn’t feel comfortable doing that as the night earlier they let our friend in without question or ID (also leaving the key at the front desk meant the power and aircon turned off in the room). We got home one day and they had turned the aircon off. During a heat wave that was really unpleasant to come back to. Also we had cold cheeses since we were staying for 4 nights but there was no fridge in the room. When we asked if we could leave our cold food anywhere they were really rude and unhelpful. We had to throw a lot out. Also there is nowhere to put your shower supplies except on the floor. The blue throw on my bed had a brown mark on it which was unsettling. They don’t get cleaned as it was still there after they cleaned the room, so don’t touch the blue throws and don’t expect to be greeted warmly by reception. Very cold and icey.
