The staff helped to ensure that the issues regarding the window and table were sorted out adequately. The place in terms of value for money was fair, I had a good shower and the staff were very helpful.

There were issues on not informing how the window could be shut till I saw someone the next day, meaning that I could not had a peaceful sleep night. Table was broken but was sorted. There was a brown substance on the sheet.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was cozy and the people who run the hotel were really helpful and sweet. It was close to Victoria station which is very helpful as it’s my desired London train station and there’s a good priced mini shop at the end of the road for soft drinks and snacks. I actually tried to book another night here for my next stay but unfortunately it was fully booked but I will definitely be back!

Room next to entrance and laundry area.

The location was great. Bed was comfortable. Clean although in need of updating.

Booked room for 2 people. Room was TINY, en-suite also tiny. En suite smelled of sewerage. No milk for coffee. Doors banged particularly the front door making it noisy. A shame as the location was nice and quiet.
