Jubilee Hotel Victoria

The location and the room were excellent.. but what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service from all the staff members I had the pleasure to meet Nothing was too much effort for them and I will definitely be visiting this hotel again soon.. I would appreciate if the hotel staff especially the reception staff and housekeeping staff are made aware of my feedback.. thank you

Quiet, nice few and great location near Victoria stations but away from the congestion.

lack of elevator, too small as a double especially, tv did not work consistently and the advice was to just pull on the connection!

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionist even helped us carry our luggage halfway up the stairs, which was a very kind gesture. If I could give the staff 10 stars, I definitely would!

The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator, so carrying luggage to the upper floors could be difficult. There was also no air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, we visited during the unexpected heatwave (canicule), so it was unusually hot. Coming from the United States, where air conditioning and elevators are standard in most hotels, this was an adjustment. Other than that, everything was great.

I could hear the people in the next room clearly! Even the snoring, it made it tough to sleep
