The location and helpful staff were really wonderful.
The shower had a shower screen and the shower head was too high , had to hold the shower as i didn't want to wet my hair. It was very awkward

A one of a kind hotel in a great location for Victoria and Pimlico. The room was small but immaculately clean, well-provisioned, and with a very comfy bed, and the price was very reasonable. We were on the third floor and there were a lot of stairs with, on every landing, little homilies on the virtues of stair-climbing for health and fitness - wonderful! The staff were charming and helpful.

I did not have breakfast. The location for me was very central. When I checked in the receptionist was very helpful and went out of his way to help me
I just wanted a comfy bed for the night and I didn’t need anything else and as a woman on her own I felt very safe

Great staff, superb location, great price. Very helpful with luggage and my wife's rollator and gave us a 1st floor room to make it easier for her.
No air conditioning so very hot in the room. Fan provided was OK but had to turn it off at night to sleep because of the dound.
