    Fantastic hotel in great location. Easy access to both Victoria Coach Station and Railway Station. Clean and provided us with all that we needed. Couldn't fault it.

    Small hotel, stayed in the annex.. 3 flights of stairs - small en-suite room but had a kettle.

    I am writing this to warn every single traveler out there. This place does not even deserve a 1-star rating. Cleanliness and hygiene should be mandatory, regardless of the hotel's star rating. On our final morning, we woke up to a living nightmare: I saw a bedbug crawling right on the duvet. The mattresses were also incredibly filthy. I managed to take photos as proof and immediately showed them to the hotel staff. What they offered next was absolutely unimaginable and insulting: they proposed that we stay our final night for free! How could anyone possibly sleep there for another second? They tried to excuse themselves by saying they had changed the linen and cleaned the room. This is completely inefficient. A room with bedbugs requires professional pest control, not just a simple change of sheets! Naturally, we refused and had to urgently find accommodation at another hotel. They only refunded us for two nights, which barely covered the cost of the new hotel for our last night. The worst part happened when we got home. To avoid bringing the infestation into our house, we had to throw away our suitcases, bags, and several items of clothing. We had to carry the remaining clothes inside sealed plastic bags and wash everything at 60 degrees. We are still living in absolute fear of an infestation at home. I have uploaded the photos as proof. Avoid this place at all costs. Buy cheap, pay dear.
