    Compact room,slept with big window open all night,otherwise with fan to warm a room.shower couldn't get warm water to run,bed comfy,stairs manageable quite a few,lock on door bit dodgy couldn't get to shut and lock few times,stayed i room 36 ,alot of noise from street.

    Good location near Victoria Coach and train station. It’s basic , you get what you paid for The only downside is the double bed placed in a single room- you can hardly get into the other side to maka tea/coffee. Overcrowded if you are a couple. The room is also dusty specially the fan and the curtain hope they can clean it often.

    “The hotel did not meet my expectations. The service was disappointing, and some basic aspects of the room were not properly maintained. I expected a much better experience for the price I paid.

    No hot water in the morning before we checked out. Shower was confusing and the set up with the door is bad. We got the shower stuck on scolding hot the first time we used it and couldn’t turn the water off because the door was in the way so my partner burnt his hand trying to turn it off. Lots of dust in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Our door wouldn’t accept our keycard multiple times and we would have been completely stuck outside one time if the reception was closed. There’s no way to close the door properly without it slamming very loudly. So would get woke up constantly by other people coming and going from their rooms. Curtains didn’t cover the whole length of the window so people across the street can see into the room and we had to go into the bathroom to get dressed every time. Location was pretty good. There are shops, trains and attractions nearby within walking distance. Reception let us store our luggage behind the counter because we arrived early. We got fresh towels every day.
