Great location as we used this as a stopover weekend on the way to Gatwick airport.
Lift wasn't working. Having a lift was something we checked beforehand, two women in our sixties with some physical issues, carrying suitcases was not an option. However, staff did carry our luggage upstairs and down when we left.

Pretty good location with comfy bed!
Potentially well priced because unbeknownst to me the lift was broken so I had to lug my case up 78 narrow stairs. A long way to walk up and down to get a meal and drink! Could do with more than surface cleaning, and curtain holes etc being repaired.
