Stayed a number of times and the lift has been out of order for a number of weeks

Location was brilliant, beds comfortable, fan provided, hairdryer provided, decent shower
Tea and coffee making facilities are needed, towels provided which was bonus, however some of the towels were stained and had holes.

Everything as advertised. Room felt slightly larger than others in the area. Clean, functional, comparatively inexpensive.
Although not normally a problem in London, during our stay it was uncomfortably hot especially during the night (25-28 degrees). Also, the lift was out of order.

Closer to the Victoria Coach Station Beds are comfortable Friendly staff
Room was very basic. Not even an electric kettle was provided. Room was very noisy due the vehicles on the road
