    Recommend this property for a trip to London, easy access to busses and trains. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    The rooms are clean and equipped with a bed, desk, and shower. Having tea in the room was a nice bonus. My only complaint is that there was no real window, and I had to take the elevator underground and walk through the kitchen to reach my room. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, possibly from the kitchen, and the noise from guests having breakfast in the morning was quite noticeable. It also felt strange having to walk through the dining area to reach the elevator and reception when checking out. I would stay again for the excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Tube Station—but I would avoid the rooms located below reception. Having a real window would make a big difference, as the lack of one made the room feel quite claustrophobic.
