Comfortable apartment in a great location, close to the Central Station and historic centre

We visited Verona to do the Verona Marathon, so the location - a short walk from the central station, the start of the race by the stadium, and the finish in Piazza Bra in the historic centre - was ideal. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay.

Good area, easy contact with owners, apartament was okay, but needs some improvements to be great.

We enjoyed having our own separate rooms. The AC was working well. We liked how close to the bus stop and quiet the area was (there was a shop and cafe very close as well). The walk to the city center (where all the attractions are) was about 30 minutes but it was a nice part of our city break. The apartament had all basic stuff needed (sponges in the kitchen, towels, some basic shampoo, shower gel and soap, also enough toilet paper). There was enough socket space for all the electronics (some splitters provided too if needed).

The apartament's kitchen was a bit underequipped (eg. wine opener, tea, maybe even water would be nice). It was a shame that there was no shared space like a living room. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable (for comfort two of them were needed). The AC (tho it was working well) was moldy and for sure would need a clean-up. The kettle also needs a clean-up. Opening of the apartment may sometimes be tricky (though owners send an instruction on how to do it).

Perfect location to stay few minutes from old city centre

The location of the place is perfect, it takes around 8 minutes from central train station, and the main street leads into the old centre of Verona.

It was late when we arrived and it took time till I opened the key box. Have to be quite patient with it

Perfect stay

This apartment has got all what you need to enjoy your stay in Verona. Easy to find and easy to go everywhere. There is a small supermarket just in front of the apartment. Finally, you will have a parking slot in case you had rented a car. Do not hesitate. The apartment is perfect.

Althoug the bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Change them and I would give you a 10 points score.

the sourroundings are nice and it is only 25 min by walk til Verona’s old town. there is a pastry near the accomodation which is very verg good. and opens at 7. it is a must

the blanket should have been put in covers. it is not very sanitary otherwise. please take this into consideration.

Lovely quiet apartment - easy walking distance to everything

The property is located outside the main tourist area but within walking distance of the bus and train station and the tourist parts of town. It is also on a bus route to the out of town retail park containing Primark which is handy if Ryanair loses your bags!! There is a small supermarket opposite and a nice local restaurant Osteria Riki and Mauri not far away. The aircon works brilliantly, there is a washing machine (handy if ryanair loses your bags!!) lots of wardrobes and storage (not handy if you have no luggage)

The kitchen equipment is basic and you could do with a little more equipment, the water pressure is also quite low especially in the kitchen. I would like to have had more information about what to do with your rubbish etc. The check in is completed online but you won't receive an email (or atleast we didn't) until check in time - telling you how to collect the keys etc.

Exceptional

The Apartment is perfect and in a great location. It provided everything for a great stay. Really easy check in and great communication with the host, who even let us have a late checkout. You can walk to the main areas and is close to the train station. We would certainly use this apartment if staying in the wonderful city of Verona again.

Perfect, appartement well equipped & good location

Nice apartment, clean. Kitchen well equipped: dishwasher, microwave, kettle.. Bathroom with a shower, air dryer and a washing machine are also available. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (and a TV) and another one with a single bed. Air conditioning in each room. If you have a car, a parking is available inside the property, very secured. Well located, 15 min walk to the center of Verona. Small supermarket in front of the appartement with a lot of things (very tasty fruits and vegetables in summer), it's very convenient.

It would have been great to have a sofa and a TV in the living room. But it's a detail... apartment was perfect!

Quick help is necessary for the international tourist

Property is clean and has a potential of score 10, if owner comes to hand over the keys and instruct rubbish matter.

We could not open the door with keys (I have no idea how other tourist could?!?), but owner did not come straight way and wait longer than 30 minutes and got a help from other residential person. Chopping board, wine opener are missing and only 1 air condition remote controller for 3 air condition.

Tranquilo a poco distancia del centro

Todo fácil y bien. En un sitio tranquilo y a una distancia prudente del centro. Incluso con sitio para aparcar el coche. Fenomenal. Estuvimos muy agusto.

Únicamente suele estar bien que algunos bàsicos de cocina estuvieran ya (sal, azucar, aceite etc.). Tampoco habia sacacorchos y los aparatos de aire necesitan una limpieza. El resto impecable.

Perfekt für einen Städte Tripp.Sollten wir mal wieder nach Verona fahren würden wir diese Wohnung wieder wählen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber , die Matratze war traumhaft,die Wohnung lag relativ ruhig und nahe dem Zentrum.Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Parkplatz am Haus sicher .

Bien, pero podía ser mejor

El sitio era como en las fotos. Se tarda poco caminando al centro. Hay mosquiteros en la mayoría de las ventanas. Mucho almacenaje!

El aire acondicionado hacia saltar los plomos sin parar si ponías 1 splitter fuerte o si ponías más de 1 a funcionar. La persiana de la habitación principal no funcionaba, con lo que la claridad empezaba a las 6 y algo en verano. Entramos un viernes y lo reportamos, y el martes cuando nos fuimos seguía sin arreglar. La escoba tenía el cabezal que daba vueltas sin sentido mientras que el recogedor estaba abombado y no recogía - aunque había una aspiradora. Había lavavajillas pero no pastillas para el mismo. Y tenía pocos platos

Apartamento com 2 quartos, próximo ao mercado. Lugar tranquilo e silencioso. Tem elevador e garagem.

Fica a 1,5 km da estação de trem e a 2 km do centro da cidade. Melhor para quem tem carro. Fica distante para quem anda a pé. O aquecedor fica em temperatura fixa, então pode ser frio para quem vem de um país tropical.

Trzeba rano szybko się zbierać, bo obsługa sprzątająca apartament przychodzi parę minut po godzinie wymeldowania się, tj. po 10.00

Calefação do apartamento não estava funcionando, mandou fazer manutenção no segundo dia, passamos a primeira noite com um pouco de frio, fechadura de entrada do apartamento com problema, tivemos dificuldade para abrir!

Non mi è piaciuto che fosse un po’ sporca, e il parcheggio mal organizzato. La zona è un po’ periferica, 25 minuti dal centro a piedi.
