Great place to stay

the host was very nice and friendly, she send us detailed instructions upfront so we could do the self check-in smoothly. The rooms were spatious and clean. The location was perfect close to the city and the beach

Experience real life in a fantastic destination!!

This is an apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood in Santa Margherita. The apartment is about 250 yards from the main area in town. Santa Margherita is right on the water. The streets are lined with little cafes and restaurants, with some pedestrian-only blocks. The waterfront is beautiful, with cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment's landlady is helpful, caring, and friendly. It was interesting to be in a residential area. There are small grocery, drug, and curio stores intermingled between the cafes. We took the ferry to Portofino, just 20 minutes away. A very good place to visit.

Motorcycles are everywhere and make a lot of noise.

Excellent location, beautiful property

Lovely home from home, great location to explore StMdL on the doorstep. Very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities, good sized TV, lovely balcony. Great communication with owner, easy to find, 7 mins from train station. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

The apartment was very clean and near the city center. The hosts were exeptional. Somehow the key from the front gate broke in the late evening and they came to solve the problem.

You could hear all the sounds coming from the street. Especially in the evening when the traffic gets busier. if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. The street got quiet after 11 pm so we had a good night sleep.

The bed was comfortable

Communication with the staff was very odd. They told me my room number over what's app and when I went in there to get my key there was another couple in there. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything.

Contacting host was difficult but not because of them. Local wifi access was difficult and I did not have an Italian SIM card. So getting in got a bit complicated

Good location very close to beach, towns, cafes and resteraunts (walking distance)

Communication was a bit difficult due to language barrier and parking is about a five minute walk from the hotel. Like others have mentioned the walls are also quite thin so can hear noise fairly often.

a.Le camere non sono situate in una struttura dedicata, ma sono all'interno di un appartamento, sito in un condominio rumoroso. b.Il materasso del letto è sformato, un lato pende verso il centro e la rete cigola. Per entrambi i motivi riposo difficoltoso. Termosifoni nuovi presenti ma spenti, sostituiti da condizionatore in camera senza istruzioni. Bagno cieco con ventola di aspirazione non funzionante. Presente il bollitore ma non le bustine per le bevande.

Hotel muy cerca del centro de la ciudad por donde puedes tomar el camión y/o ferry para Portofino, así como de la estación de trenes. Y pudimos dejar las maletas en el lugar mientras íbamos a conocer la ciudad y sus alrededores

Le prix de ce cette chambre, les papiers peints décollés dans la chambre et salle de bain, la bouilloire qui ne fonctionne pas pour se préparer un café avant de quitter la chambre, une poudre de café en guise de café ( au pays du ristretto…) deux cintres dans le placard pour deux, le bruit car la chambre n est pas insonnorisee, réveil à 6h30 par un ouvrier agressif venu réparer une porte, la lumière dans le hall dès qu un locataire entre dans l appartement, l accueil impersonnel assuré par la dame en charge du ménage

Bella camera pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata e in posizione centrale. Presente bollitore x tisane o caffè solubile. Disponibile parcheggio a pagamento. Host molto gentile e disponibile ed è riuscita anche a soddisfare la nostra richiesta di check in anticipato.

Saubere Unterkunft in schöner Gegend mit guter Lage zu allen Orten, Stränden, Cafés und Restaurant.

Ordentliches, aufgeräumtes und sauberes Zimmer in super Lage zum Stadt erkunden. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Die Gegend ist auch wunderschön.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor der Unterkunft oft oder immer belegt. Die nächste Parkmöglichkeit ist in einer privaten Garage ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nicht schlimm, könnte aber komfortabler sein.
