I stayed there for 2 nights. The location is very convenient and the staff was very helpful. It's in a beautiful area of Thailand.
The first night was great, but on the second night I had a dog sitting outside my door barking in the middle of the night.
I really recommend the half day trip to Cheow Lan Lake. It was amazing. But maybe don't go during the rainy season.
Also, pay attention that there are a few resorts with very similar names, like Khao Sok River Resort, and Khao Sok River and Jungle Bungalow. Check very carefully before you book a ride with Grab or 12Go.

This resort was a bit expensive vs the facilities available, however food is good, staff is great and very helpful and co-operative. Location is fine too. Just that a bit expensive vs the facilities offered.
