Nice pool and comfortable beds

The bathroom is very simple and not that clean. Lose toilet seat.

Great position on the river and a super-fun slide into the river. Good size family room, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely

Breakfast was great. Amazing location close to the Khao Sok national park.

The breakfast was good, they had fresh pancakes and eggs, toast and some warm meals. The beds are comfortable.

Unfortunately, we found the staff rather rude and unprofessional. They kept chatting among themselves while guests were waiting, and generally seemed uninterested, often on their phones. When I told a staff member at breakfast that a monkey had stolen my food, she just waved it off and ignored me. A few basics were missing at breakfast, such as salt (nice to have for your eggs) and ketchup. Small things, but a bit disappointing. We had a lot of ants in our room. It wasn’t until we pulled the bed away from the wall that we found the cause: a cookie on the floor, surrounded by ants. The cookie wasn’t ours, so it must have been missed during cleaning. On our balcony (for 2 people), there were about 8 chairs taking up the entire space. It felt like our balcony had become a dumping ground for spare chairs. In the end, we moved them aside ourselves, as we couldn’t otherwise access our balcony. Lastly, the shower left something to be desired: it took a while to warm up, and the water pressure was weak.
