The hut was so nice and comfy. Also very much enjoyed the pool.

I loved the location, at the entrance of the national park, perfect for the waterfall trails. On the river and so peaceful. Easy to get to main strip for restaurants and little shops. Lovely staff who helped book excursions and gave me a lift to the bus stop. About a mile from the bus drop off and I couldn’t get a grab so walked it in the heat with my heavy pack.

The bathrooms are basic but fine.

Excellent location right at the entrance to Khao Sok National Park and within easy walking distance of the village. We stayed in a simple air-conditioned bungalow for four people with a small bathroom. The accommodation is basic but perfectly adequate – and staying this close to the national park is really what makes the experience special. Breakfast was good and the location is a great base for exploring Khao Sok. You can also organize and explore quite a lot on your own instead of booking everything as an organized tour – don’t be afraid to do so.

The pool was in poor condition during our stay and did not look particularly inviting. The rooms and facilities are very basic, but considering this is a simple two-star property, we knew not to expect luxury.
