Wouldn’t stay again

Location was good if you want to be near everything nice pubs and restaurants nearby.

You could hear everyone who came in and out you could hear people in there rooms talking sliding doors, the other people staying in the building were up until 4am and there was a man who sounded like he wasn’t being let in his room so was in the corridor for couple hours shouting ! so didn’t sleep. The bed was too hard, And the room was soo hot and none of the windows opened, the balcony window doors and blind were broken. And you could hear the traffic really loudly all night as the room was tight next to a road.

The stay was amazing!! Staff were so lovely and everything was clean and up to an amazing standard

Kettle had a little limescale and I’m not sure if there was a toothbrush or toothpaste BUT it’s not a major problem It is an amazing place with amazing staff :))

Its a very clean and modern room with great shower facilities

the TV that didn't work. Also be aware can be lots of stairs so if you have any physical disability there is no help to carry suitcases to your room, and breakfast isn't available until 9am so if you are travelling for work its not really very convenient. Also if you arrive after restaurant is closed you may have difficulty checking in if you don't contact them in advance and arrange to have the door code and key left where you can check yourself in

Ideal place for a short stay.

Room was pretty and very clean. Easy charging stations on the bedside tables. Beautiful mirror light in the bathroom. Good water pressure, shower was nice. Breakfast was also good.

Room was rather small, no wardrobe or much space for clothes. Not much choice bedding wise (but probably we could have asked for a lighter duvet at reception?). Bot none of this affected our stay much!

Nice room in a good location.

Location was very central and everything was in walking distance. The room was clean and well presented with good facilities.

My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom. We were attending an evening do so we got ready in the room and my partner complained that the bathroom lighting was terrible for applying makeup. Also I think the bathroom mirror is supposed to light up around the edge, it didn't in our case.

Relaxing stay in the middle of Sleaford.

This is a brilliant place. Even though it's located right in the centre of town the room was very quiet. Really comfortable bed and high quality fixtures and fitting. One of the best showers I've ever had! Staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a meal in the pub next door and it was brilliant - hotel guests get ten per cent off.

A bit of shame we couldn't check in until 4pm. But we were given a code to access the room later so not a major issue.

The room was very clean, quite spacious, nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed.

Some instructions telling us that there is a fan above the bed (not obvious, as it folds out!) would have been useful in a heatwave...we found it by chance in the morning after trying to sleep with the windows open (on a high street with Wetherspoons opposite)! There was insufficient hanging space, just a hall stand with a few pegs.

The second room we got was road side and was quite noisy. Also I wasn’t aware we could check in early for a small fee which would have been useful - though I could have asked ;-)

Fine for a one night stay

It was centrally located. Clean and comfortable bed.

Room was hot. Not able to see through the window. The room was small. No where to relax apart from the bed. In the kitchen the firdge|cooler did not work.

A good location for an overnight stay

Small but clean room with reasonably decent amenities.

The small communal kitchen had Weetabix available (which would have been a nice bonus because I had to leave very early) but no milk provided in the fridge.

I’m Canadian. Didn’t know how to work the outlets, so couldn’t get kettle to boil. Didn’t know how to work the shower. Wifi was unavailable my first evening. There was a remote on the wall for a fan (very hot in room) but no fan. Facecloth would have been nice.I didn’t like having to come downstairs, walk down the lane to the pub to ask questions—-no phone in room to front desk.

Post wedding stay

Really nice rooms, shower was brilliant as had an overhead shower and body attachment. Gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand-wash provided. Tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and water. Each floor had a small kitchenette where you could have tea, coffee etc. We also located an iron and ironing board there.

One downside is we stayed sat night and there was still music going on somewhere close by until 3am. I had my earplugs so didn't bother me. The other downside is there isn't adequate sensor lights by the door so difficult to see key hole..

Never felt like home in hotel before everything clean and fresh

Everything, absolutely amazing property, never been to a hotel with such clean carpets where I can walk bare foot and it be like home, they always mucky and sticky and feel awful totally big thing for me is feel.

Airbnb without the BnB. Certainly not a hotel

Room was clean and the shower worked well. Close to Market Square and all that Sleaford has to offer.

We were confused as to whether or not there was an available breakfast. We're still not 100% sure. There was an unpriced Residents Breakfast Menu in the room and a priced one in the shared kitchenette; in any case it opened at 9am, so we didn't see the place to eat. We had the large room that occupies the corner of Market Gate and North St. Directly opposite is a Wetherspoons and North Street is the main road through the town. Don't open windows if you need a quieter night. This is not the owner's fault - just be aware. The location meant noise 'til 2am and then sporadically until it resumed at 5.30am., when Wetherspoons started restocking its pub. There is no parking locally, so don't bring excessive luggage. We used Sainsbury CP and left some of our stuff in there. No choice of tea for us southern wimps, so if you don't like tannin you'll be OK with Yorkshire Tea ... Didn't find the advertised robes and slippers. There is no coffee maker as advertised. Sachets and a kettle instead - that's not a coffee maker. Unable to open windows to Market St. to circulate cooler air

The variety of extras like the communal kitchen between the three rooms and balcony, Alexa and pod machine A clock on the wall and mini fridge for those of us who wake at 6 am and make our own cereal

I would stay again if we had a better room we had booked a de lux room so a bit disappointed.

Did not have breakfast evening snack was fine.

The room was not ready when we arrived, The kettle was on the floor near the door as there was no plug near the tea facilities, The windows were Screwed shut you could only open at the top, had frosted windows so felt a bit like a prison cell.

Provided a really comfy room, centrally located and really good value for money

The stay was great - the room was modern, well appointed and really comfortable. The host was on-hand and replied to any messages within moments. All in all a really nice stay

Perhaps coffee making facilities in the room - they were on a landing which was literally 30 seconds away so no real drama!
