The location was good, on the outskirts of Wexford, ease to find. Getting into the property lock box and keys was good. The chalet was great for a change from hotel and BB's. Warm, comfortable bed, easy to use kitchen and shower room. Parking was across the street with no fuss and plenty of room. We did have a problem using the TV and the host came to the chalet and showed us how to get all the channels on the TV, this was a great help.
Dogs were barking during the early evening, but were quiet after 8pm.

The location was convenient and we were very glad to have a fan available. Communication was also good and helpful too when we couldn’t recognise the timer on the oven that was necessary to make it work. Lots of useful emergency supplies too, such as chocolate biscuits, oatmeal, soup and baked beans.
Stiflingly hot! The outside temperature was about 28 degrees but it must have been well into the 30s inside the chalet. The two outside doors are glass but the only window is a tiny one in the toilet. This was open and we opened the doors and turned on the fan, but 5 hours later it was still very hot inside and the chocolate biscuits were melting. The chalet is very dark as there is no window in the living area and the glass door does not provide enough natural light. Having a second cooking pot (with a lid) would be helpful. The listing mentions a garden view, but there isn’t one, though there was an outdoor pot plant visible from one door.
