The level of communication from the host, couldn't ask for better.
My arrival time got push out by a number of hours and upon letting the host know it would be very late when I got in, they sent me detailed instructions on access and room location.
The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable.
My only issue, which is completely out of the control of the host, was the walking directions provided by Google Maps, .
Jusy be advised if you are walking and the directions try to bring you in by the Texaco, it is a dead-end.

Absolutely nothing
Didn’t expect to be basically staying in some guys spare bedroom. Felt really uncomfortable and unsafe. Cameras in the hall when leaving bedroom and going to and from bathroom. No mirror in bedroom. Wardrobe was full of personal belongings. No coat hangers.. room was freezing cold, thick with dust. Host was awkward and I felt so uncomfortable but due to it being the weekend of a festival I couldn’t get my usual hotel booked - the killeshin. I visit Ireland every 4 weeks and I definitely wouldn’t go back here. Couldn’t even eat a packet of crisps without worrying I was being noisy as could hear literally everything in each room. Definitely not a home to be renting rooms out. Not for me.
