Schlüssel lag vor Ort, als wir kamen; Gastgeberein war nicht da, ist aber bei Anruf sofort gekommen; freundlich und nett, klein und fein; WLAN vorhanden; Parkplatz vorhanden
Essensmöglichkeiten, etc. nur im Stadtzentrum (und auch da eher begrenzt); nicht fußläufig, aber wir schafften es gut mit dem Rad; sehr privat; Bad/Dusche wird von allen benutzt; für den Preis hätten wir ein bisschen mehr erwartet,...

Excellent communication from the host. Due to circumstances of arrival time and my very short stay we never actually met but the two-way communication was excellent at all times. Room and facilities were exactly as described.
The only very minor quibble is that as this was in the middle of a heatwave, the room was quite warm and while I certainly wouldn't expect air conditioning, it would have been good to have access to alternative bedding rather than a slightly heavy duvet. But I'm confident that would have been sorted for me if I had asked (I just arrived too late at night to want to disturb the host).
