La chambre est très propre et l'hôte est aux petits soins. Elle nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance. Deplus, elle répond super vite aux messages. J'ai déjà recommandé cet endroit à mes potes qui veulent visiter Florence, et on n'hésiterait pas à reséjourner chez elle si on y retourne.
Seul bémol : le mini frigo qui fait beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit.
