The hostess comes to greet you who is very nice. The room is well equipped and very close to the tram stop. There's a balcony and plenty of natural light.

There is no soundproofing and you can hear very clearly all the sounds and voices of the next door room and upstairs. The toilet lid is broken and it was inconvenient when using the wc. The mattress had no support and the body just sunk in, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Overall I had a good stay but I would request a different room with a mattress with more support.
