A relaxing apartment with a garden

A beautiful apartment, a private garden with armchairs and small tables. There was everything for cooking, a good supermarket Aldi is close by. It was very "relaxful" after Paris and we wanted to stay more :)

The only thing is that we haven't found a hair conditioner :)

Fantastic!

Great location, easy to get to DLP and into Paris too. The underground parking was outstanding, we parked and then didn’t use the car until we left as everything was accessible on foot. Aldi is two minutes round the corner, which meant we were able to reduce some eating out costs. The train station (RER) was so easy to use and a 10 minute walk. One stop to Disney and 35 minutes into Paris. The apartment is clean and comfortable, functional for staying in (we had a lazy morning after a late day at Disney) as well as a base for exploring. Your hosts could not be more helpful, messages via booking.com prior to arrival and WhatsApp once nearby to ensure any queries were answered. Offered other services too which we did not need but was handy to know.

Excellent location for Disneyland and Paris. 10 to 15 minute walk to Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Val de Europe Shopping Centre and RerA main train.13e for Uber to Disney.Lovely and well supplied appartment.Comfy and clean.Host is great, makes it easy to settle in and helpfull.Myself and my boys really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.Thanku

Absolutely fantastic apartment, so well equipped. Lovely & clean, very spacious & a nice quiet neighbourhood. The TV had prime & Netflix for the kids. Also a cupboard with kids toys & books. Soufiane’s check in instructions complete with pictures was great & we knew exactly what to do & where to go. 10 minute walk to the train station to get to Disneyland. 5 minute walk from Aldi. We also got uber eats delivered the first night for dinner, there’s a lot of choice nearby. I will without a doubt recommend Soufiane’s place to anyone.

Couldn't have been more perfect

The apartment had everything that you need, iron, ironing board, hoover, coffee machine, cooker etc with some essentials in the cupboards and fridge. Very spaces, homely and comfortable. Great location with a bus stop within a minutes walk outside the gated entrance. Disneyland is only 20 mins on the bus and val d'europe shopping centre is only 15 minutes walk or short bus ride. The owner was on hand at anytime needed. Highly recommended and will be choosing this apartment again if we ever take a trip to disneyland again

Amazing experience @!

Beautiful clean apartment in a quiet area near supermarket and restaurant shops and train to disney and central paris. The seating area was lovely to relax .Host couldn't do enough for us sent 18 photos of step by step off how to get key from lock boxs.They had everything you need milk coffee ice lolly sweets. They came during the week fresh towells more milk and water. 10 out off 10 customer care it was much appreciated as this was our first time in paris to get such quality accommodation was excellent. Would recommend!!

A very nice apartment for visiting Disneyland and Shopping Centre Val d'Europe!

We liked the apartment a lot! It was a very nice and cozy apartment: more than complete, including a nice little garden to sit and relax and a personal parking spot. The hosts really have done/given everything to make us feel at home. And they always gently gave a prompt reply when we had a question. Shopping centre Val d'Europe is only 1.5 km walking distance away and Disney Studios Park is 3 km walking distance.

Small details: there's no lock on the bathroom and the water cooker could use some descaling.

The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood and the train station is nearby (ten-minute walk) with a supermarket and some restaurants in the walkable area. Hosts can be reached pretty easily. You can find everything you need for a short stay in the flat.

The mattress of the bedroom is worn out. I guess a change will be required in the short term. Wifi is also a little bit temperamental.

clean, comfortable apartment close to Disneyland

It's only 1 stop away from Disneyland, so if you are coming for that, then it's a great place to stay. Just be prepared to walk the 10-12 minutes over to the main train station. You can buy any train tickets you need for all of Paris, there at the train station. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and everything is there that you might need. The beds are comfortable and we fit all 5 of us (3 kids, 2 adults) with no problem. There is a separate bedroom and then a couch bed in the living room. For the 5th person, there is an air mattress. this might not be so comfortable for an adult, but was fine for our 7 year old. There is Wifi and a smart TV. It feels like a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a code to get in the gate and then another code to get into the mailbox where the key is. The owners sent clear instructions and were easy to reach. However, my phone did not always work while in the apartment, but the Wifi worked. For example, my husband went out to buy bread and groceries from the local store and he didn't have the key to get back in the gate. He was unable to call me from the front gate because my phone wouldn't ring / didn't have service in the apartment for some reason. He ended up sending me a message on WhatsApp over the Wifi and I finally got that message. There were a few very friendly neighborhood cats who visited us every morning. I didn#t let them inside, but they really wanted to come. There are spices and oil and basic things in the apartment, so that was nice. The pots and pans have a removeable handle, so that took a minute to figure out, but once we did, they were easy to use. It's a lovely apartment that I would definitely stay in again.

I chose this place because it supposedly had a bus stop very close by. While this is true, what was not mentioned, was that the bus only comes once an hour, so we ended up having to walk the 10-12 minutes over to the train station, where the trains run every 10 minutes. This wasn't a big deal, but would have been nice to know. For those who are coming from the airport, a taxi is probably your best option. Because there were 5 of us, using a taxi was close to the same price as using public transportation. It really depends on what you plan to do in Paris and how long you are staying. We did have one night when the neighbors were very noisy (having a party?), but we contacted the owners and they sent their son (or son-in-law?) over to check on us (he lives in the same complex). He talked to the neighbors and then came by to see if everything was ok for us. If you plan on spending more time in the heart of Paris, consider staying somewhere a little closer. This is an ideal location for visiting Disneyland, but the trip to Paris takes over an hour (from the time you leave the apartment to when you get to somewhere in Paris, like the Eiffel Tower stop). However, if you don't mind the longer commute, it is a nice neighborhood and you're probably getting a bigger place for the price, than you could get in the heart of Paris. It's located in zone 5, so if you want to travel to Paris, you'll need to buy tickets for zones 1-5. Keep this in mind when planning your trip. (If you are just going to Disneyland, you can just get a single use ticket for about 2 €. Then you don#t have to worry about the zones.) The dishwasher is noisy. We weren't able to run it while we were asleep, but this is not a big issue. We only needed it once or twice during our 5 day stay and once we realized it was loud, we just ran it during the day instead.

Great apartment close to Disney land

Lovely apartment with great hosts! Apartment had everything we needed and it was a lovely surprise to be provided with wine, coffee and extras. Very clean, easy to find and Soufiane was really helpful and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly stay here again. Close to Disney parks, bus station, train station and shops. Perfect for families and/or couples. Thanks again for a great holiday. Sarah and family.

We loved the accomodation. It is modern, clean, comfortable and the owners went out of their way to cater for our two small children. The coffee machine was brilliant and the bottle of wine was a lovely and very welcome surprise.

It was very big and cosy, livving room was big amd comfortable, bedroom eas also very nice, we found wine, and crackers, some tea and coffe. It has a great private terrace which was really nice, unfortunately we did not have time tu use it 😊 But it was really nice and queit appartment.

The only thing we did not like was that it was really difficult to find the appartment according to all the instructions. So before you go, I suggest you to ask the exact appartment number. Because we searched for about an hour untill we found it. Overall everything else was great.

This property is amazing! Beautiful, clean, spacious and very safe!! The terrace was beautiful and added extras by the host upon our arrival were the perfect touch. Train station was a 10 minute walk and 2 minutes to Disney. we traveled with our 2 year old and we would definitely stay again! Loved every minute and wish we’d had the time to stay longer. The hosts were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us out. Private parking was perfect too.

The apartment was clean and tidy on our arrival. It was very well prepared with small presents waiting for our entrance (e.g.wine bottle). The host was very helpful for any question. The location is close to Disneyland park: 6km by car and 3 km walking by feet. The bus station at the corner. Grocery: Aldi - the closest - 2 min by feet ATM: at the same corner with grocery, just opposite corner of street. The location is in a quite calm residential area. Additional charm is made by the small terrace in front of the leaving room.
