Appartement central 6 personnes à 10 minutes de Disneyland

The property is spacious, clean and surrounded by beautiful parks and a safe area

This is a great location for Disney Parks and Centre Parcs Great large supermarkets nearby The toilet is also separate to the bathroom which is a real plus when you have 4 children

The gate could be tricky if you were parking a car

The apartment was very clean, beds were amazing and very comfy and 2 rooms were large enough for the four of us. The sitting area and sofa bed were comfy and spacious, the kitchen is very good quality. Loved the large balcony and the rooms were very large. Alex was very helpful and when issues arose was there to help quickly. Loved the instruction video to get in. Very close to disney and easy to get to shops. Brilliant location to get to local train stations in val d Europe and chessy. My kids loved this place and its very good deal for families not wanting to stay in the park, I would absolutely return with my family.

The neighbour kept shouting at the kids in the late morning to keep it down and repeatedly knocked on the door and gave glaring looks to my children. He works nights. Understandable that he wants to sleep but 2 kids at disneyland shouldnt have to deal with a grown man shouting at them when there having fun and its outside quiet hours. Bathroom was faulty at times, hot water ran out a few times. 24/7 reception is something I book for and this wasnt the case and when I went for help he told me to wait till 6pm as he didnt know what to do. Alex was very helpful again though. Pool being offered as additional charge is not correct as its not part of the hotel and is a spa that is in a different Complex, we moved to this apartment as it said pool was included with an additional charge. Not a local pool that is near. Also 50 euros for a family of 4 isnt really a deal and its a spa not a family pool with a slide and pool toys. We had to go to the local pool which was 2.4km down the road and better for families.

Nice apartment in nice grounds. Only a 10min taxi ride to Disney and taxis easily available

Would have been nice to have some tea/coffee/bottled water on arrival as nearest shop (not well stocked) a good 20 min walk away. Not great communication on how to receive keys, got an email with gate codes etc but mailbox with room keys in was labelled with someone else’s name so caused a bit of a nightmare when arriving late after a delayed flight.
