Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Clean, well located and great value for money.

Only negative, and I have had to think about this, would be the quality of the pillows and the bed in the main bedroom. Could be a little bit more of a comfortable mattress but cant complain for the cost.

it is a wonderful spacious apartment in a secure complex. If you are going to Disneyland then it is the perfect place and very reasonable pricing

It was very complicated getting into the property! Many codes! Unfortunately we made the mistake of not having internet connection when we arrived therefore did not receive the instructions from our host. A wonderful neighbor helped us :-) The apartment was VERY dusty!! I don't think the cleaners do a thorough clean and I literally scooped dust off the shelving and tv stand in the lounge!!

Did the job

Nice apartment in nice grounds. Only a 10min taxi ride to Disney and taxis easily available

Would have been nice to have some tea/coffee/bottled water on arrival as nearest shop (not well stocked) a good 20 min walk away. Not great communication on how to receive keys, got an email with gate codes etc but mailbox with room keys in was labelled with someone else’s name so caused a bit of a nightmare when arriving late after a delayed flight.

Our stay was okay, few stops to Disneyland park. No local stores near by.

The kitchen space and sitting room. But there was no toilet paper in the toilet We request for it but unfortunately, the staff we speak to never bring any as promised.

Perfect location and thank god because nothing else was great.

Upon arrival we were waiting outside with our bags and baby due to not being sent over a ‘welcome email’. This meant we had no codes for any gate and no access to the property. After calling and calling with no response from owner we were sent the codes at 1615 after being told we could check in at 3pm (with no apology). We then asked about parking later and again, had no response. ‘Free on site parking’ was stated in the booking and during our 4 days stay we only parked outside one time as the car parking was so full. I’m not pleased at all with either of these situations as they could have so easily been fixed with communication. Was not cleaned up to standard and no toilet paper or kitchen roll upon arrival which was shocking to me and had one dish towel the whole week. I have never ever complained in my life however I was really disappointed with this experience especially as all other reviews are great. I’m really confused as to why we were treated this way. As you can see the “welcome message” was sent at 1615 and we were not responded to with any queries after that. So rude.

Hygiène vraiment douteuse

Le bâtiment sécurisé. Lit normal sauf le clic clac à changer.

Hygiène plus que douteuse, une chambre inexploitable car très grandes moisissure sur le mur, des cheveux et des poils des gens d avant sur les coussins en grande quantité, sur le wc la ou on tire la chasse d eau et je ne sais comment mais au plafond de la salle de bain et à côté du lavabo des cheveux coincés à côté d un trou dans le mur. Bâtiment pas du tout isolé. Moi qui suis habitué à booking et bien c est la première fois que je tombe sur ce genre d appartement et aucun dédommagement n est proposé , aucune solution, ah si 20e ils m ont proposé 😆😆, enfin bref c est juste honteux tant sur l hygiène que tant sur un dédommagement justifié. Propriétaire pas sérieux car plus de nouvelle des que j ai parlé du problème et aucune solution proposer. Bref pas pro du tout et hygiène vraiment médiocre. Bien réfléchir avant de choisir cette appartement.

Dommage...

L'emplacement a 15 mns de Disney et d'un centre commercial. La résidence est calme

Nous avons eu quelques mésaventures a notre arrivée ! Pas de rideau de douche dans la sdb et impossible d'allumer le chauffage dans la pièce principale. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont obsolètes et les télécommandes de la télé et du parking aussi. En ce qui concerne le stationnement , le bip pour accéder au garage sous-sol était en mauvais état (nous l'avons rafistolé comme on a pu) et nous sommes resté coincés a l'intérieur (le portail ne s'ouvrant plus)! En plus la place indiquée sur la video envoyée sur la reservation n'était pas la bonne et nous n'avons pas pu obtenir le numéro de la place ! On a du se garer au petit bonheur la chance et bien sûr la place que nous avions choisie était deja occupée.. nous avons donc du ressortir notre véhicule !!! Heureusement que nous avions pensé a laisser notre numéro de tel sur le pare brise.

Ik zou dit niet aanraden aan een gezin met kinderen. Letterlijk een dikke 0 als beoordeling.

Het huis was netjes binnen.

Heel veel... ik heb dit apartement gehuurd van maandag 28-07-2025 tot vrijdag 01-08-2025 voor €700 punt1: de deur ging niet opslot je kon het alleen dichtstoten van binnen verder niks. Punt2: de communicatie met de eigenaar was heel slecht. Hij deed alsof er niks aan de hand is als je een vraag stelde. Punt3: hij had gelogen over internet de naam Freewifi Clara di kwam nieteens voor de de wifi zoekacties. Ik heb gevraagd hij gaf geen reactie op. Punt4: de televisie ging niet aan. Daar heb ik ook over gevraagd hij gaf geen antwoord. Punt5: de buurman kwam telkens aan de deur klagen het is helemaal geen kindvriendelijk buurt. Het is gewoon een senioren woning alleen oudere mensen wonen daar met heel veel rust. Punt6: ik was in de avonduren heel angstig als een buitenlander om in een huis te slapen di niet opslot gaat.... ik durf nieteens over te denken. Punt7: als deze punten komen niet voor in de booking op booking.com hoogwaarschijnlijk weten ze er ook niks van... maar ik ben heel erg teleurgesteld. Punt8: ik heb €700 betaald en gedacht dat ik iets goeds daarvoor zou krijgen maar nee het was alleen stress angst en op het laatst spijt. Punt9: als het laatste zou ik iedereen afraden om deze apartement te huren want je zult met leugens spijt hebben en zonde van je geld.

Es war richtig dreckig, nicht nur das Bett, und wo wir angerufen haben, da haben die gesagt, wir kommen morgen. Also können wir da nicht schlafen, müssen uns was Neues suchen und das Geld haben wir auch nicht zurückbekommen.
