The room was not prepared and not properly cleaned: the bed linen had not been changed, and there were a lot of unwashed dishes. The administrator informed us about the lack of cleaning only at 9:00 PM, when we had already arrived and saw the mess ourselves. He claimed that he had called many times, although there was only one missed call. We called back immediately, but no one answered. The administrator promised to come and clean the room within 15 minutes but never arrived, even after waiting for over an hour. In the end, we had to clean the room ourselves, and there was still dirt left from previous guests. Communication was poor — the administrator did not really care about the issues and replied slowly to SMS and messages. Additionally, the rooms were quite cold, and the floors were very cold, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Toilet door lock came off upon first use. Key lock code was wrong and response to query was quite late.

Great location for Disney - lovely clean apartment!

Location to Disney was great - a 10 minute uber or 30 minute bus. Apartment was well presented and very clean. Lovely bathroom and bedroom. Disney + on TV! Shampoo and shower gel provided. Shop opposite.

The tea and coffee wasn’t stocked up yet they provided a coffee pod machine. An airer to dry clothes would’ve been handy.

Was clean, rooms are light and bright. Bed was comfortable, everything was good however few things to improve that, sort the toilet cover, was loosen and put hand wash for immediate arrival of guests that come and stay in your property.😀

Fantastic place to stay for Disney

location to Disney and very easily accessible. Bus stop right outside has bus that takes you straight to Disney in 15 mins.

Beds uncomfortable. Would benefit from some basic cleaning products (cloths, surface cleaner etc)

It was very close to Disneyland and is a quiet location

I didn't like it because the floor was dirty, I had white socks and after a few steps they became very dirty, there was dog hair on the floor, it is very difficult to sleep on the couch because it is broken, the refrigerator makes too much noise at night, there is a coffee machine but not even a capsule was left for me to drink coffee in the morning, in the bathroom everything is smeared, it smells bad, around the toilet a lot of dust, next to the window and under the door there is a lot of wind, the fur from the door in the bathroom it seems to be thrown there and there are others but I'll leave it to you to discover them. I do not recommend

Great big accommodation close to Disneyland

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Disneyland Paris is only a short bus ride away.

It was a bit difficult to get in after a long Disney day in the dark.

Proche de Disney, bien pour une soirée

Proximité du parc Disney. Supérette boulangerie et pizzeria a côté.

Canapé lit endommagé, cuisine sans prises murales, salle de bain sans chauffage... Des détails certes mais facilement modifiables pour que ce soit parfait . Le code du portail n'était pas le bon heureusement qu'une personne est rentrée le soir en même temps que nous. Communication moyenne avec le propriétaire mais ça va. Perfectible aussi.

Estancia ideal para Disney

Estaba muy bien ubicado y el apartamento estaba super bien equipado. Es ideal para ir a Disney.

Al reservar daba opción de pagar más adelante, pero si la marcas el anfitrión te solicita la cancelación del hospedaje. Para mí parecer si no quieres dar ese servicio, es mejor no ofrecerlo, porque te hace pasar un mal rato pensando que has de buscar rápido y corriendo un nuevo sitio.

Le lit dans la chambre était confortable ! L’emplacement très facile à trouvé !

Pour commencer heureusement que nous avions un matelas gonflable pour la troisième personne car le canapé lit dans la salle à manger est catastrophique en parti par le matelas mais aussi les lattes et la fragilité ! Ensuite dans la salle de bain : la douche n’était pas propre mais aussi les carreaux au sol de la douche n’était pas à niveau ce qui est très désagréable ! Le revêtement de l’évier de la salle de bain est gondolée et complètement abîmée. Pour finir dans la cuisine, l’évier ne s’écoule presque pas il faut attendre longtemps avant qu’il ne se vide. Et l’appartement n’est pas super propre !

La posizione è ottima per disneyland , vicina alla fermata del bus che in 10 minuti ti porterà all’entrata . La casa è abbastanza moderna , il letto è ottimo e la cucina anche e la doccia è molto spaziosa , c’è anche la lavatrice , macchinetta del caffè , bollitore con tisane e tv. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ben servito , noi abbiamo usato uber per arrivare nel centro di parigi in 40 minuti circa. Ottima qualità prezzo

Se si è in 4 il divano letto , è rotto e il materasso è troppo sottile ed usurato con evidenti macchie , ed è molto scomodo , inoltre le lenzuola per esso erano tutte accartocciate nell’armadio a differenza dell’altro letto che era ben preparato e comodo

L'appartement est parfait, très cocooning. A 2mn à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour Disney ou val d'Europe. La personne qui gère le logement répond extrêmement vite aux messages La literie est parfaite Stationnement possible en longue durée gratuitement à quelques minutes à pied

Petit bémol pour le réveil le matin sans chauffage, ça pique un petit peu :)

Il divano letto non era fatto e soprattutto non c’erano le lenzuola di ricambio 😅 le abbiamo viste in lavatrice lavate ma non stese ad asciugare. Inoltre, la tavoletta del Water era rotta nel punto dell’aggancio di sinistra.

Begane grond was fijn

Beddengoed in een prop neer gegooid in de kast. Ook zat bij aankomst de wasmachine helemaal vol met vuile ongewassen was. Geen theedoeken om af te drogen. Vette kookplaat en aanrecht. Vette pannen terug gezet in de kast. Kapotte/ vieze wc bril. ( deze was afgebroken aan 1 kant) Slaapbank matras erg onhygiënisch. En als je witte sokken aan doet zijn deze na 5 minuten helemaal zwart door de vuile vloer. Al met al; schoonmaak kan veel beter, de kamer op zich is prima!

Appartamento molto carino situato in un bellissimo quartiere, a pochi minuti di auto da Disneyland. Di fronte al parco dove si trova l appartamento c’è una farmacia e una boulongerie perfetta per la colazione.

Je recommande fortement ! Très bien placé ! À 13 minutes de Disneyland Paris Logement très facile d’accès ! Logement très propre et très coconning ! Nous sommes restés une seule nuit mais nous avons bien dormi et avons pu nous préparer notre repas le soir ! Nous avions même les dosettes de café pour la machine à café ce qui était parfait au réveil ! Merci beaucoup et nous n’hésiterons pas à reprendre l’appartement à l’avenir.

Super logement moderne

Nous avons logé dans ce superbe appartement très moderne à proximité de divers commerces. Il était très propre, et très bien décoré, ce qui fait que nous nous sommes senti bien dedans. Il y a la wifi, une tv, une superbe cuisine équipée, le salon dispose d’un canapé-lit ce qui permet de loger jusqu’à 4 personnes si besoin, une salle de bains très sympa, et une chambre plutôt spacieuse. Niveau qualité/prix, c’est plus que correct. Merci Catherine !
