Excellent location, perfect stay for families.

Amazing property, perfect location for those wanting to visit Disneyland. Close to a massive shopping centre, and lots of lovely food places nearby. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs from start to finish, cannot recommend this place enough!

Nice property in comfortable quiet surrounds.

Excellent location for accessing Disneyland. Very quiet at night-time giving you the cance to switch off after a busy day in Paris or Disneyland. Comfortable apartment with good facilities. A short Uber or 20 minute walk from the train station with good access to Paris or Disney. 10 minute Uber to Disney.

Washing machine wasn't draining, couldn't wash clothes. Matresses a little hard but still slept comfy.

We arrived outside the 4 hour “check in” window. Within 5 minutes of confirming the booking I had an email to explain there would be a charge for checking in outside of check in hours as follows: Please note that outside these times we apply a surcharge for late arrivals: Between 8pm and 11pm = €25 Between 11pm and 1am = €50 Between 01:00 and 06:00 = €70 I was angry that this is not explained on the original advert for the property. I booked last minute so was within the cancellation period. Upon discovering this charge I asked if I could cancel. The owner declined. I also spoke to booking.com who were not interested. I was told if I don’t pay the vendor has the right to cancel my booking and retain the entire amount!! I am more than capable of finding my way around an apartment. I do t require a concierge service. The key could be left securely in a key safe box for collection upon arrival. Also, the apartment is very cold. I told the concierge but nothing sorted. There are spare heaters in the wardrobe that you have to plug in around the apartment but they are not sufficient and it’s still cold. There was quite a bit of damage to the flooring and scuffs up the walls. The bathroom shower screen is useless and floods the bathroom floor when you have a shower.

Neat location to restaurants

Good location. Newish apartment.

A few things - only 2 towels for 4 people for 2 nights, minimal kitchen equipment (no bottle opener / corkscrew) one pot, broken scissors. Only 1.5 toilet rolls, and complicated checkout process with keys and fobs and things. Worst parking space in the complex. Your suv probably won’t fit.

Good spacious appartment. All we needed for a family stay.

Bathroom needs fixed up. Taps are not very secure. The appartment entrance could be more welcoming. Could do with a few wine glasses and an bottle opener.

Nice warm clean apartment with good facilities, a little tired in places

Apartment was comfortable, warm and clean. Had all the facilities we needed for our family of 5. Sofa bed easy to open and comfortable. Lovely warm shower with good water pressure. Location was OK for our trip to Disney travelling by car. Supermarket short drive away and bus stop outside. Check in was easy with good communication via whatsapp with arrangements on the day.

Bathroom and kitchen sink area a little tired (kitchen tap hanging off) and had to keep the doors to the outer area with dining table and sofa/chairs shut all the time due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke out there. Parking spot in shared underground garage (height restrictions) is very tight to get into, we would have struggled had we brought our larger vehicle! There whole getting into and out of the apartment via the garage is a bit of a faff with multiple locked doors. You have to leave keys in apartment at checkout but need keyfob to open gate so my husband had to jump the fence!

Perfect home from home family trip

Great location for Disney and V’al De Europe shopping. The property itself was well equipped to offer a home from home stay. There was a lift to the property also which was easily accessible.

The only thing that we thought would be the shower room could do with a spruce up as it looked a bit tired. But was clean and definitely had everything you would need. This would not impact on me booking this property again. Another would be externally, the apartment block is the last in a row of 4 and it was pretty dark walking from the gate to the apartment building but we used the torch on our phones. I know that this would be an overall issue and not just relating to this apartment.

UN SUEÑO HECHO REALIDAD

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, hay dos líneas de buses que pasan frente al departamento, ambas líneas te llevan a la estación central del RER A en 6 minutos (3 paradas) y la línea 2233 te lleva directamente a Disneyland en 23 minutos ( no hay necesidad de ir al RER A y viajar a Disneyland. Los buses son cómodos y rápidos. El departamento tiene bastante seguridad dentro de una urbanización bastante linda, debes colocar claves de acceso a las dos puestas principales y otra en el ascensor, así que más seguros no podíamos estar! Por dentro es todo muy lindo, tiene una sala con un sofá muy suave, una Smart TV. El comedor con decoración de palmeritas, me encantó! Y una terraza cerrada también súper cómoda. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario, pero si van a cocinar algo, compren sal y condimentos, eso no hay. Los dormitorios amplios están bien iluminados pero cuando bajas las persianas tienes la.oscurosad que necesitas para descansar. Los baños (2) limpios con papel higiénico (deje 5 rollos más -just in case-) un baño es solo Toilete y el otro es para ducharte y ponerte guapa para salir con su gran espejo y lavabo doble! Hay suficientes toallas. El anfitrión, Junior, es un caballero y nos ayudó a sentirnos como en casa. Deben separar plástico, cartones y demás basura y botar en los contenedores que están junto a la estación de bus en dirección a Disneyland (Louis di Vion) frente al departamento. 5 minutos a pie a ALDI Definitivamente regresaré a esta instancia en mi próximo viaje a París!

-Los colchones de la litera son extremadamente duros, -El vecino de arriba maltrataba (suponemos) a su hijo/hija, y todas las mañanas lo escuchamos llorar y el le gritaba muchísimo... No sabía que hacer en ese punto.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöne ruhige Lage, die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr schön, sowie auch der Wintergarten.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt zu kalt, da können aber die Betreiber nichts dafür so hat man uns erklärt, wie warm die Heizkörper werden entscheidet die Hausverwaltung. Tatsächlich wurden alle Heizkörper auf höchster Stufe (5), nur maximal Lauwarm. Es stehen zwei Elektro Heizkörper bereit, damit wird es dann warm. Im Sommer kein Thema, Ende Oktober, Anfang November allerdings zu beachten.

Local Maravilhoso com tudo para todos os perfis de viajantes!

Lugar simplesmente maravilhoso!!! O tamanho do apartamento, localização (perto de supermercado, de restaurantes e do centro comercial), além de ter duas paradas de ônibus em frente ao condomínio. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com tudo o que precisávamos. Superou nossas expectativas e sempre que precisei, o concoerge Rummni estava à disposição para nos atender. Voltaremos com certeza!

Excelente serviço por parte do Mehdi. Como combinado, estava à nossa espera para entregar as chaves, fazer a apresentação do apartamento e dar umas sugestões dentro da área. Esta a 10 minutos de Uber da entrada da Disney. Excelente localização. Área com supermercados e restaurantes na zona.
