Was a excellent stay, apartment was exactly what we requested, short drive to Disneyland

easy process, email received as soon as the apartment was ready. So smooth no issues with the whole process

This is the only fault and I am been really picky here. Outside the bedroom the flooring was coming up so every time you walked on it, it popped and made a loud noise.

Big flat near Disneyland but with some problems

Good location in 10 minutes from the transport to Disnayland. Big flat, coffee machine, kitchen equipment.

There was no toilet paper at all, for a company of 5 people, this is a very big minus!!!

This room is the worst one I have ever stayed in. The floor is broken. It's very easy for children to get injured. The bed sheets and duvet covers are very old. The bath towel still has a very bad smell. The sewer is particularly smelly. Non-differential

When we arrived we followed the steps to get in, it’s abit like an escape room at first with all the codes but that made me feel safe once inside! It was very close to a lot of shops and the station, it is also near a shopping centre with a range of shops in it, including primark (great if you’ve forgotten anything) The whole place was so tidy and perfect for what we needed. It is around a 20-25 minute walk to Disney land, it’s quite a nice walk too, it doesn’t seem as far as it sounds. I received all the messages on time etc, I do believe the owner only replied to messages via the number and email he sends when you first message as he didn’t reply to my messages (I only asked if there was a hoover and iron) There was which was great, the iron for obvious reasons and the hoover because we used vacuum packed bags. The shop is on your way home from Disneyland. We used it to get some snacks and fruit (Disneyland is very beige😂) The beds at first feel hard but we honestly all sleep so well. The heating is great. It’s so warm.

The bathroom really does need sorting. There was 4 of us and we all showered one after the other. The whole bath room was wet and one of the day, my 10 year old sister had a bit of a long shower (15 minutes ish) to relax after Disney and I had to tell her to get out, it had flooded the bathroom and hallway. It’s not a big deal, it just makes the apartment abit uncomfortable when you have wet socks or wearing shoes.

Fantastic location for Disneyland Paris and local amenities. Great for a young family.

The location of this property for Disneyland Paris is absolutely fantastic. You can see some of the rides from the Walt Disney Studio from the window, as well as being able to see the fireworks from the evening show. There is a Franprix literally a two minute walk away, and a Carrefour cite a 5 minute walk away. It’s very easy to get to but quiet considering how well located it is. The facilities were great for a family with young children - the washing machine was a huge plus and the espresso machine very welcome! Well stocked for basic kitchen equipment. Plenty of fresh bedding and towels. Well laid out for a family. Host sent easy instructions for getting into the property as we were due to arrive as agreed.

As mentioned in previous reviews there has clearly been a plumbing leak from the bathroom which has left some raised/rotting wood in the hallway floor which could do with repair, however it didn’t really impact our stay significantly. Parking can be tricky - if the bays are full outside you can’t park on the opposite side of the road as we saw a number of cars being ticketed. We were able to park most evenings but this was end of January so a quiet time for Disney tourism, I wonder if it would be harder in the summer. Our only recommendation for an addition would be a corkscrew! :)

Brilliant location

A lovely apartment with everything you could need! It was lovely and warm (we were there in January and it was icy outside!) and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was spotless. Pierre was very good at communicating so I felt confident getting in.

If anything perhaps another set of pillows could have been nice, but the ones there did the job!

Disappointed

The only good thing about the property was how close it was to disneyland.

The old instructions were sent to us which made it longer for us to get in the property as the host didnt realise they sent the old instructions, we also asked for some more basic things at the apartment on which the host didnt bother to respond to us, until the day of checkout wanting to know what time we was going to check out i wasnt happy at all with the service from start to finish.

Podlaha bola špinavá, rovnako aj hrnce, ktorých bolo malo. Celkove vybavenie kuchyne bolo slabé. Nehovoriac o poškodenej podlahe.

Não conseguimos ir andando para Disney com crianças, mas a oferta de transporte é boa. O banheiro precisa de uma proteção para água não escorrer e danificar o piso do corredor

Idéalement bien placé et très agréable.

Idéalement situé , neuf et très propre. Bien équipé. Chambre et literie très confortable, salle de bain et toilettes spacieuses. Simple d'accès - clés avec boite à clé et parking tres agréable. Explications et consignes propriétaire très claires.

Encore en travaux : sol défaillant dans le couloir avec risque de chute. Fuite d'eau entre salle de bain et couloir - Télévision mal fixée au mur, risque de chute (trois chevilles sortantes) - électricité pas totalement finie.

Buen sitio para descansar

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con habitaciones muy lindas y camas cómodas, sala acogedora y cocina moderna, ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y centros comerciales y es ideal para ir a visitar Disneyland.

En la entrada de una de la habitaciones, el suelo laminado se encuentra completamente levantado y se tenía que caminar con cuidado para no tropezar o hacer mucho ruido al pisar; por otra parte, la cocina estaba bastante justa de utensilios básicos para cocinar con comodidad, preparar un café, etc... A tomar en cuenta: el apartamento no cuenta con dos aseos completos, como aparece en la publicación: en uno se encuentra la ducha solamente y en otro el wc.

Nel corridoio si è sollevato il parquet, abbiamo inciampato più di una volta nel corso del soggiorno, quindi sarebbe da sistemare, c’è rischio che qualcuno cade

Decepcionada com tanta falta de atenção e respeito com seus hóspedes

A localização, se estiver de carro. Poderia ir caminhando, mas depois de andar tanto no parque, a volta é longa

Limpeza do chão, do armário e havia talheres sujos na gaveta. Não havia toalha de rosto e as de banho não eram boas. Cheiro ruim no apartamento. O piso do banheiro fica cheio de água ao tomar banho. O piso do corredor estava estufado e fazia muito barulho, perigo de tropeçar. Falta de manutenção e respeito com os hóspedes, pois tem essa mesma reclamação desde novembro passado. Além de tudo, anfitrião não respondeu nenhuma mensagem antes e durante a nossa estadia. Não sei como tem nota 8.5 diante dessas condições. Tem estacionamento dentro do prédio, mas só ficamos sabendo no dia de ir embora, pois pediram para devolver o controle da garagem, senão pagaríamos 150 euros. Cansamos de perguntar sobre onde parar o carro, todavia, sem resposta do anfitrião.

El alojamiento está justo al lado de Disneyland París. Desde las ventanas se ve Disneyland. Está muy limpio.

El suelo tiene una parte que está rota, y resulta peligroso. El sofá cama no es muy cómodo. En la cocina no hay lava platos.

Preis/ Leistung/ Lage ist Top.

Absolut Neu und Top eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles absolut Neuwertig. Die Nähe zum Disneyland war für uns Ausschlaggebend, innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man bei der RER Station und die Nächste Station ist schon das Disneyland. In der Umgebung sind einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Abendliche Feuerwerk kann man sogar von Fenster beobachten.

Die Glaswand bei der Dusche könnte länger sein, da man sonst leicht eine Überschwemmung verursacht.

Magnifique appartement bien situé

Appartement qui porte vraiment bien son nom: Somptueux! Bien équipé, très propre, literie confortable, décoré avec goût. Le quartier est également calme et charmant. Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour notre séjour à Disneyland, qui est à seulement un arrêt de RER ! Station qui se trouve à 3mn à pied de l’appartement très pratique !

Le seul bémol: ayant eu les clés qu’à partir de 15h nous n’avons pas eu accès assez tôt pour se stationner au parking privé et toutes les places dans les rues alentours sont des places « bleues ». Résultat pv pour stationnement car nous avons été à Disney en RER…

Opción estupenda para visitar Disney

Decoración, distribución, ubicación, limpieza. El barrio aunque es nuevo está muy bien dotado de servicios, restaurantes y comercios además de bonito.

Echamos en falta más toallas y jabón/gel/champú en el baño y cocina teniendo en cuenta que éramos 4 adultos y 2 niños. Pero ello no quita para que nos encantara el alojamiento

A tökéletes kertvárosi helyszín Disneyland látogatáshoz

Az apartman szinte teljesen új és hatalmas méretű, nagyon kényelmesen elfértünk 4-en (2 szülő, 2 gyermek). A RER 8-10 perc kényelmes séta, 1 megálló Disneyland. A bejutás egyszerű és minden világos volt az instrukciókkal. A környéken számos étterem és sok bolt, pékség is található. Tökéletes a Disneylandbe utazóknak. Ár/értél arányban verhetetlen.

Nem volt ilyen, minden megvolt, amit szerettünk volna! Köszönjük!

Prima appartement op mooie locatie.

Gloednieuw gebouw en een mooi ontworpen wijk. Met zo'n 10 minuten, in één rechte lijn, lopen richting metro passeerde je 2 levensmiddelenwinkels en diverse restaurants. Iets voorbij de metro was er ook een enorm groot winkelcentrum. Met de metro (A) was je in 2 minuten bij eindpunt Disneyland. Vanuit het raam kon je nu nog iedere avond de drone / vuurwerkshow bij Disneyland zien. Ze zijn bezig om de grond tegenover bouwrijp te maken dus zal over enkele maanden wel niet meer het geval zijn. Appartement heeft goede isolatie dus geen last van buitengeluiden.

Advies; zet de douche niet voluit aan want de afvoer kan momenteel de hoeveelheid water niet aan. Zodra het water op de vloer iets te hoog komt, loopt het af richting de deur van de hal waardoor het parket daar uitzet. De plafondlampen in de woonkamer waren ons wat te fel. We hebben de tafellampjes uit de slaapkamers gebruikt om het wat sfeervoller te maken. Hopelijk komen er nog een waterkoker, theepot en flessenopener bij de keuken.
