The quietness, even on a bank holiday weekend...our room was still peaceful. The space was excellent. The dog was made very welcome...over and above friendly. Super friendly staff and good value. Loved the bonny, colourful flowers in the window boxes!

No actual clear reception area, just wait at the bar until they had finished serving
Stated mobility difficulties, however not taken into consideration when walking us around with our suitcases showing the fire exits etc. We could have left them in our room prior.
Cheap produce for breakfast - sausages (grisly and bland); yoghurts (not the Muller yoghurts advertised)
Disabled parking further away from entrance, moved to make way for electric parking
Hotel room cold at night, as hotel not managed after 10pm, no one to ask about a blanket as nothing in room.
