The property is located in a lively neighborhood. I also liked how neat and organized the property was when I arrived.

The only problem with the apartment is the unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom. However, the odour is no longer noticeable when the bathroom door is closed.

Very central location and cool apartment with a small balcony to the lively street below and rooftop terrace with great views for communal use with other guests (I was always the only one up there at night). A stone's throw from La Caleta beach.

I would like to give more stars and really liked the apartment, but the only real issue I had was the air con in the living room (there's another one in the bedroom) not working while it was still very hot. I paid a lot of money for a long-term stay and noticed the management straight away; at first they said they will send a technician around to fix the problem, but I already suspected that wouldn't work out during the time of my stay. I'm still waiting for my compensation. Bathroom/shower smells a bit iffy but OK when doors closed (I'm a seasoned traveller, so this is still acceptable). Be aware you can't throw toilet paper into the toilet and have to throw out your own garbage, which could be instructed way better. The entrance is very narrow and hard to find at first, as you basically have to squeeze through the outside seating of the cocktail bar below.
