Localización (cerca de monumentos, playa, estación de tren) y comodidad de las camas. Super bien equipado, muy limpio, el baño tiene todo lo que necesitas, la ducha genial y el agua caliente funciona fenomenal.
Los vecinos de abajo que estaban también en un apartamento turístico y no respetaron las horas de dormir. Fue algo temporal porque esa gente, como nosotras, no vive ahí. La terraza de arriba tiene mucho potencial pero nos dio la sensación de que ahora estaba un poco más descuidada.

Location is incredible, 1 min from Caleta beach, 10/15 min from all Cadiz landmarks, very close to restaurants. And yet, its a calm and silent neighbourhood. Apartment was comfortable, 2 good bedrooms, a patio, all necessary appliances. Communication with hosts was super, gave us a late checkout.
Not very well cleaned. Overall, equipments and furniture were cheap but ok. No blackouts in room windows, lot of light coming in in the morning afects sleep.

Huoneisto sopi perheelle, koska siinä oli kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta. Kattoterassi oli ihana, mutta siellä oli liian kuuma olla, pystyimme käyttämään sitä vain aamuisin ja kun aurinko oli laskenut. Ilmastointi oli erittäin tärkeä, ja asunto oli erittäin siisti, ja makuuhuoneissa oli paljon säilytystilaa vaatteille. Ruokakauppa lähes oven vieressä ja alakerrassa mukava aamiais-/lounasbaari.
Oli tiedossa, että portaat asuntoon ovat jyrkät. Sitä ne olivat. Ruokapöytä oli erittäin hutera, älä nojaa siihen. Astioita oli aika vähän ja ne olivat osittain kummallisia. Esim. kuohuviinilasit tai pienemmät viinilasit olisivat olleet tarpeen.
