Los Callejones de la Pepa Grupo AC Gestion

No es muy grande pero es muy acogedor, está muy bien equipado de todo y muy nuevo. En general está muy bien y limpio.

Es un bajo y no entra nada de luz, parece que estás de noche todo el día. Otra cosa importante a resaltar es que hay cucarachas, podrían tener allí un insecticida, los futuros inquilinos lo agradecerán

Es un sitio tranquilo y sin ruidos y muy cerca de todo. Es pequeñito pero tenía de todo lo que se necesita para un fin de semana, secador, toallas, gel, hervidor, microondas. Preguntamos si podíamos salir un poco más tarde de las 11 y sin problema. Lo cual se agradece.

Olía un poco a humedad. El baño demasiado pequeño. Las fotos parecen que todas las estancias son más grandes de lo que realmente son.

Location was ok because it was close to the beach but I survived 1 hour on the beach ( La Caleta) due to the midfield biting me all the time. We got the bus number 7 to another beach ( Victoria) so really the location was only good for the village.

We had to wait half an hour in the baking heat in the street because it had not been cleaned and even after waiting it was not clean. The towels were dirty, the bottom of the fridge inside was full of hair and had not been cleaned. The man who contacted us by phone was rather rude. The toilet door did not close due to damage from flooding. The walls were dirty. The smell of dog pee was over whelming at times in the street. The most important thing was the mattress because it was very uncomfortable due to over use and definitely needs changing.
