Very disappointing solely due to the staff with a poor attitude to customers.

good position on the main route to the Alps.

just the staff - reception. was ok in fairness but b’fast was a nightmare. Rude and dismissive to be accurate. we don’t want or expect too much but to be dismissed because we were English and just had a shrug from the staff was appalling. Another guest helped us get a coffee otherwise there would have been no drinks at all as the orange juice machine wasn’t working.

- Very welcoming staff - Equipment of bedroom: Bed & pillow - usually I have trouble to sleep well on hotels, but here bed and pillow were absolutely perfect ... so sleeping well :) during whole my stay - for my business purpose the location was great even I prefer to have different view from window

- wifi did not worked during my stay due to technical issue ...
