Rita was an excellent host and very informative with restaurants etc
No bar, too far to walk anywhere, had to take car.

Loved the location, quiet with lovely views of the mournes from our window. Beautiful gardens surrounding the complex. Breakfast continental and adequate. Special mention to Rita who was very helpful and friendly.....who works hard and seems to run the place!!!!

The facilities were excellent and the peacefulness. It was beautifully decorated.
We arrived for our stay to find no one to greet us. We booked for 3 adults and given a room for 2. We went back to reception, attempted contact on numerous numbers including the one from booking.com to no avail. Eventually the member of staff arrived and thank god for her, she was incredibly help and got us sorted. We were not the only ones to be mucked around with our booking. It caused stress that was not needed.
