Sarah and John were very warm and welcoming people. Attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and spotless. We had a wonderful nights sleep and breakfast was the best we'd had in a long time.

Sarah and John were both very welcoming. Such a lovely place to stay. The cookies made by Sarah left in our room were absolutely lovely.
I would highly recommend staying here.

John and Sarah made us feel like we had known them for years, so friendly and kind. It takes some doing to make that impression on guests who are tired and wary from work, and they really picked us up. Location is superb, quiet (what we wanted) but just a short drive from busy Newcastle, etc. Best sleep I've had for weeks and place is impressive and immaculate. Breakfast was best I have had in my two years visiting Northern Ireland. Absolutely faultless. 💯 % be here again. Thank you for being excellent hosts.
