The apartment met our expectations especially with its location.

Great location and easy to find. The beach is 50m down the road. Nice sitting area on the balcony and showers great. The apartment met most of our needs and expectations. A fan was provided when requested.

A clothes rail would have been useful. Bins mugs and a toaster would be nice. The lack of air conditioning means the bedrooms are stifling in hot weather. The once in a lifetime storm didn’t affect us too much!

the place is just mins away from nice beach!! the room is very clean with a bit balcony!! Host is very friendly.

didnt notice there's no common area or kitchen in the apartment. Would be nice to have the kettle in the room.

It´s just a room with a bathroom, no kitchen corner. Dont forget to bring your own dishes. The owner could be more friendly.

Kiábrándító!

Az időjárás és a tenger.

A zuhanyfüggöny kényelmetlen. A szomszédok székeinek tologatása teljesen áthallatszott minden este. Ez rendkívúl kényelmetlenné tette a pihenésünket, és hiába kértük a szállásadót, nem tett semmit. Az ágy már az első nap szétesett alattam, mikor ezt jeleztem a szállásadónak, azt a választ kaptam, hogy igen, tud róla, mert az előző vendég tette tönkre az ágyat és még nem volt ideje kicseréni! Ezért végig törött ágyon kellett aludnom! Ez felháborító és borzalmas élményt adott! A tv-t nem lehetett bekapcsolni, és semmit nem tett a házigazda a tartózkodásunk jobbá tételéért. Nincsen szúnyogháló az ablakokon, ezért bejöttek a tigris szúnyogok! Rendkívűl kellemetlenűl éreztük magunkat! Kérem vissza a pénzemet!

Za mne zklamani. Nechapu jak muzou mit hodnocení na 4*. Za nás by to bylo sotva na urovni 2*.

Skvělá lokalita. V ubytovani bylo mozne mit psa.

Prasklý ram postele. Ubytovani nedisponovalo odpadkovym kosem. Staré a zatuchlé vybavení (skrine, zaclony závěs v koupelně). Velké množství komárů (za čež hostitelé nemůžou). Nicméně mít tam nějaký likvidátor do zasuvky, by asi nebylo na skodu. Vstupni dvere do pokoje byly tenke, skleněné.

Haus Mitic - Tipp für Rovinj

Die Lage von Haus Mitic ist perfekt. Einerseits Randlage zum Stadtzentrum, also ruhiges Siedlungsgebiet und mit dem Auto doch nur 5 min zum Zentralparkplatz, andererseits 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand mit einer hübschen Strandpromenade, Hundestrand und einer Strandbar. Ideal für Familien mit Hund (kostet 10 Euro pro Tag, zusätzlich in bar). Die Hausleute sind sehr freundlich und entspannt. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär.

Haus Mitic ist eine sehr saubere und zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Für uns könnten nur die Betten etwas bequemer sein.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und für 10 Tage ok !

Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und bequem zu erreichen.

Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt. Nach einem heftigen Sturm ( Bora ) hatten wir großes Glück dass ein abgestürzter Baum nur ganz knapp unser Auto verfehlt hat. Der Gastgeber hätte hier den Gästen zur Beruhigung mehr Aufmerksamkeit geben können.
