Ottima posizione, letti comodi, struttura pulita e moderna.

Non c'era shampoo, saponi, poca carta igienica, niente detersivo per la lavatrice. Tre piani a piedi si fanno sentire. Ho anche chiesto di cancellare per l'infortunio di un amico, ma l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento ha rifiutato (dopo solo due giorni dalla prenotazione) No shampoo/ no soaps/ no washing machine soaps / poor cleaning paper / no elevator (third floor). I also ask for a cancellation because my friend had an issue, but the agency refuse to do it (only just 2 days after reservation)

3rd floor with no lift, may be a problem if you struggle with stairs or take lots of luggage! Nice apartment, good size balcony off the bedroom great sun trap. Large walk in shower with power shower. 3-5 minute walk to small supermarkets and top of old town. Great location to be close to everything.

It needs a proper deep clean. Looks great when you first arrive and then you start to notice the ants. Primarily in the bathroom where there are dead ants where the sweeping brush doesn’t reach, but still plenty moving around the floor. The corners and grout need steam cleaning. The ants are also in the kitchen area, over the worktop and sink. If you leave a crumb on the worktop or a glass not properly rinsed in the sink, the following morning those areas are covered in ants. Skirting boards have a thick row of dirt across the top.

The guy was super cool and very kind. The place was clean and very neat.

Late-Checkout without further cost was possible because of nice host. In addition he also checked some possibility of jet skiing for us. Easy and fast communication through whatsapp. Free parking in public street is possible, nevertheless you may need some luck to find a good spot.
