Perfect

Everything, it was perfect. The location is central to the old town and easy to access by foot. Andrija was so helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of useful tips to make use of our time in Split. The apartment has everything you need, very quiet and comfortable. We were also allowed to store our luggage until our flight which was a big help. We would recommend and happy to stay again if ever in Split ☺️☺️

Value for money in Split

We had the most amazing time in Split thanks to a great apartment. Four Elements is well located, walking distance from the city centre and promenade. Andrija is a wonderful host, providing lots of information. The apartment is clean, beautifully maintained and well-equipped - one of the best venues we have stayed at. It is highly recommended.

Amazing centrally located appartment in Split

Property is centrally located (very short walking distance to the historical area), fully equiped for shorter and longer stays, very nice design and comfortable beds too! I liked everything. Appartment was very clean which is something that I really value. Also, our host Andrija was amazing and very helpful with the organization of the parking, suitcases and even providing useful tips and tricks for our stay. I would highly recommend.

Five-Star Experience at Four Elements, Split!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Elements in Split, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed — a perfect balance of modern comfort and local charm. A huge shoutout to Andrija, the owner, who clearly pours his heart into this place. He was incredibly helpful, offering great tips on where to eat and what to see. You can tell he really cares about making every guest feel at home. Also, a big thank you to Hannah, one of the staff members, who was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. The location is ideal — close enough to the old town to walk (10min). Everything was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. Can’t recommend Four Elements enough. Whether you’re in Split for a few days or longer, this place is a gem — made even better by the people who run it.

Perfect for a short walk to the city - 15 min . Don’t be fooled by the outside of this apartment, the inside is fantastic! The host super helpful! We will def be staying here on our next visit. Has everything you will need for self catering. Very modern

It was fine for our needs

It had everything we needed and a ok bed. It was within 10 minutes of old city

The air conditioning was not working and it was too warm. Because it was facing a really busy and noisy street we couldn’t open the windows.

Cosy apartment, great host, perfect Split stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrija’s apartment in Split! Although we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was always available and communicative. He sent very clear and detailed instructions on parking and entering the apartment, which made everything super easy. The apartment itself is new, cosy, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Andrija also shared fantastic local tips—from great restaurants to must-see spots in and around Split. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place at a great location.

The location was great, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was beautiful,new, modern, clean and comfortable . It was also very nice to have a small kitchen in the property. Andrija, the owner was very nice and helpful and left us a great bottle of wine :) Highly recommend.

It was a clean room, very accessible to downtown, very good shower. Very walkable to a lot of different attractions in Split.

The cable TV reception could have been a bit better, but you are out exploring so much you will barely notice.

Great location, less than 10 minute walk to the main city centre, restaurants and shops. clean and modern apartment. Comfortable bed. Not noisy at night. Had a great stay at Four Elements, the host was very helpful! Gave us lots of tips on where to go, things to do and places to eat The room was comfy, clean and had aircon which is essential in the Croatian heat The apartment is also a short 10min walk to old town which was great, we were out there most nights

The room was beautiful. Extremely clean and had all the facilities (microwave, kettle, hob) we needed. The room was cleaned during our stay and we were given fresh towels. Very close to the old town (8-10 minute walk). 15 minute walk from bacvice beach. 2 supermarkets - 5 minute walking distance. Andrija was an exceptional host. He sent lots of recommendations for restaurants/ things to do. He kept in contact during our stay when we needed him and was extremely kind.

Beautifully clean , spacious room with a fantastic comfortable bed and everything you need .

Inside the property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it and the host . Communication was great and no hesitation in booking again. Don’t be put off by the initial look of the street outside as it doesn’t portray the quality inside .
