Newly renovated, spacious rooms, very cleans and comfortable. Everything you need for a few nights.
The building is very old and rough outside, was disheartening turning up in the evening but the property seems to be located next to the football ground and a main road which contributed the graffiti etc. once inside the apartment itself it is lovely. And the area seems safe.

Very reasonably priced. Accommodated our group of 6 well. Well equipped, clean, close to Split old town.
When approaching the property and initially entering the building I did wonder if I’d made a mistake booking it. However don’t let looks deceive you, once inside the property it is great to stay in.

Location brilliant - a few mins away from old town , clear instructions on how to get into property . Very clean and comfortable . Air con good , but no actual air con unit in either bedroom - which may prove uncomfortable for a longer stay and during high season when weather is hotter . Tower fan units in each bedroom
