Perfect

Perfect spot close to cycle route, bonus of safe bike storage. Great room, friendly staff and really good restaurant on premises.

Good and clean room, but no staff or breakfast..

Good parking next to the hotel, clean rooms!

Checkin should last at 23.30, but when we arrived at 21.00 there was nobody at the hotel?! We call the staff and they said that they will come in the morning and we could take our room keys at the counter. In the morning breakfast should be 7-9 but when we left the hotel at 8am there is still nobody in the hotel?? And no breakfast or nothing!!? Also the room was next to a very busy street so very noisy.

The outside garden is nice, the pizza perfume was lovely and the staff are ok

The carpet in the rooms has to be cleaned because it has a very strong smell. The decor is quite old but functional. The cleaning staff should be a little quieter in the morning as they were loudly talking at 7am and it wasn’t really a good awakening

Preis-Leistung und es hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant im Gebäude.

Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich und es war auch niemand vom Personal da, welchen man nach Produkten fragen könnte. Es hatte gerade genug da für ein ganz einfaches Frühstück.

Sehr angenehm, ich komme wieder

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, nur wenige Schritte vom Hofparkplatz entfernt – perfekt für unkompliziertes Ankommen. Die Lage war ruhig, sodass ich wunderbar entspannen konnte. Der Check-in verlief absolut problemlos: Der Schlüssel lag direkt an der Empfangstheke bereit, schneller und einfacher geht es kaum.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten – alles war reibungslos und komfortabel. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Restaurant war Mega …

Personal im Hotel: Samstags: um 7:00 Uhr mit dem Staubsauger unterwegs am Sonntag dann um 8:00 Uhr. Beim Frühstück (welches für 9€ kein Highlight war) keiner zu sehen, es wird nichts nachgefüllt oder mal nach dem Rechten gesehen. Kaffeemaschine: keine Milch angeschlossen daher war kein Latte oder Cappuccino möglich. Milch war für 3 Kaffees ausreichend aber das Müsli müsste dann trocken gegessen werden Keine Steckdosen am Bett auch nicht für die Nachttischlampe, Spinnenweben die von der Decke hängen, Duschabtrennung nicht sauber

Sehr, sehr schlecht.

Das Zimmer war ungereinigt. Bett und Handtücher waren benutzt, im Waschbecken waren Haare, die Mülleimer waren voll und die Zahnputzbecher waren benutzt. Die Toilette hat unangenehm gerochen und die Dusche war verstopft. Da ich um 1 Uhr nachts angereist bin, wollte ich niemand nachts belästigen/wecken (Rezeption war nicht besetzt) und habe mich daher nicht sofort beschwert. Da ich mich nicht sofort beschwert hätte, wurden mir zunächst 14 Euro Nachlass, später dann nur 20 Euro Nachlass angeboten für die Mängel. Darauf habe ich dann verzichtet. Dies ist die erste schlechte Bewertung, die ich in meinem Leben schreibe. Ich kann Fehler eigentlich sehr gut verkraften und bin nicht kleinlich, aber die Reaktion des Chefs auf mein Anliegen hat mich doch sehr gestört.

Étape agréable avec chambre et dîner

L'accueil sympa malgré une arrivée pendant le service du dîner. Propreté de la chambre au top. Spacieuse. Literie très confortable. Et le restaurant est superbe et très bonnes prestations. La possibilité de garer notre moto à l'arrière du bâtiment.
